Spent a few nights here, very comfortable and a great value for money - close to Bologna, Parma, Modena…everywhere reachable by trains. Stefano is a great host and there is absolutely nothing I could point out that wasn’t as expected. Great coffee, thank you!

We felt very comfortable and had a nice time :) The accommodation absolutely matches the pictures and the description. It is spacious and well equipped, with small snacks and drinks for the first day! The large pool was open, so we could swim a lot. In addition, a large gas grill is available for grilling. Our host Riccardo was friendly, helpful, was always available and even inflated a hodgepodge of bath toys for the pool for our children. A great little bakery is three houses down. Otherwise, you need a car to explore the area - but I think you should inform yourself about this in advance. The only thing that bothered me was the noise from the neighbors. Due to the dogs and small children, we sat up in bed several times late at night, as it was really very loud. After three nights, we got used to it.

Despite language barriers, it was possible to communicate with him. He was always very quick to answer my questions and he was on site himself at check-in. The apartment was very clean and quietly located. Breakfast croissants, milk and cereals were also prepared. For us, it was just perfect! Thank you again 😊

Alessandro and his associates were very responsive and helpful. We were happy to stay in their clean, spacious and well furnished apartment. Conveniently located near the Lamborghini factory and museum.
