Ideal for a leisure or business stay, come and enjoy this 36 m² apartment with its small terrace. Calm 15 minutes from the center of Paris. It is located in the heart of the town center of Bagnolet, less than 200m from the town hall, restaurants, supermarkets and small quality shops (bakeries, delicatessen, wine cellar...). The accommodation is very comfortable: wifi, TV, equipped kitchen, washing machine, recent bedding. The metro Gallieni is very close (500 m) on foot from the apartment.

Beautiful, stylish and quiet apartment, 2-min walk from the countryside in Paris and the "village St Blaise" (where you can taste the pizzas of Peppe Cutraro; named best pizza maker in the world in 2019). The neighborhood is very nice and the nearest metro is 300 m away (Porte de Bagnolet – M3). The apartment is located on the 1st floor and overlooks the courtyard. Warning: There is no elevator. Nice loft in a village-style neighborhood

We live in the eastern part of Paris, a quiet neighborhood, village-style les lilas, on the métro line 11 (10 minutes metro to Le Marais, 12 minutes to Châtelet-Les Halles). Our flat is a loft in a former printing factory, very cosy, with a lot of light (huge bay window, numerous roof windows and a glass door) and exposed beams and redesigned by Federico who is an architect ! The flat can host up to 5 people, there are 2 bedrooms and a mezzanine which can be also used as a bedroom.

On the 2nd floor of a recent building, the apartment is well insulated, in a quiet area, close to shops and the city center. 10 min walk to Paris metro, bus and tram.
