lovely apartment 60 m2 very nice with courtyard full of sun from 12H to 7 minutes from the metro town hall or door of lilacs ,line 11 nearby shops 2 bedrooms of about 14 m2 and 12 m2 1 double bed 160 1 double bed 140 mezzanine and in the living room a sofa (which can serve as extra bed very comfortable I find bathroom with bathtub living room and kitchen all team of about 28 m2 and pellet stove there is tv with cable and Canal +, possibility of using my parking ,
