Clean and safe space for 2 girls in their 20s. The host was helpful and responsive. Location is ok, close walk to the metro that connects every where you need to go, but be prepared for 30+ minute commutes to central Paris. Overall a great stay!

We felt very comfortable. The apartment is spacious and very well appointed. It was all very clean. Parking space is incredibly valuable in Paris. However, the parking neighbor has a huge car that takes up his parking space We had to maneuver quite a bit to fit into the gap. The balcony does not invite you to sit outside, as the apartment is located on a busy street. The windows insulate the street noise very well. Air conditioning would be great, as the sun shines on the windows in the morning and the heat, despite the blackout, The blinds get warm. Sleeping at night with the window open is rather not possible with the street noise. The location of the apartment is great. The metro is very close. The bakery is right next to the accommodation. A supermarket is 200 m away. We will be happy to return. Maybe not in the hottest season.

The appt met exactly our needs for a visit with 3 generations to Paris: a pleasant place to come "home" after a long day of activities and impressions in the city of light. Everything is available to make your own breakfast or dinner, to recover with a movie or glass of wine in the shared courtyard garden. Because the block is in a private garden, there is little noise from the street. Good beds, a lovely shower and washing machine. Recommended if you don't mind driving (by car or public transport) to the countless highlights in the east of Paris or the center (super fast connection to the RER after a short bus ride from the front door of the courtyard garden).

We had a very nice time in Paris in Mathias' apartment. It is beautifully furnished and very close to the metro station, from which you can reach the whole city. The kitchen was well equipped and the washing machine is really practical. We would definitely come again if we were to go to Paris again. Highly recommended! 🌸

We had a great stay in Paris. Rodolphe’s place was just as described and very close to transport that we could explore Paris on our own. Our stay was made even more enjoyable by the host Rodolphe, very responsive, flexible and prompt with replies. Hands down the best host I have experienced so far. Definitely recommend this place and Rodolphe.

We really loved to stay in JF's studio: it is really close to Robespierre metro 9 entrance and the studio is really cool. the studio has a great personality, it looks that the furniture is carefully chosen. it is tidy and clean. strongly recommended.

This apartment was a perfect fit for my re-entry into Paris. Hermann proved to be the ideal host; a good communicator and patient with my questions and fumbles. The neighborhood is lively and colorful. The apartment clean, cozy and well outfitted. I recommend it highly!

The apartment is the perfect place if you're on a trip in Paris. It's located in a quite neighborhood and you feel directly at home. Like others already stated, also we found some baguette and croissants from the really good bakery just across the street as a welcome gift, which is absolutely nice and tasted so good! In just a few minutes walking you find everything you need - a supermarket, bakeries, little restaurants and bistrots and also a bus and métro station that get you around really easily. It was a wonderful stay, highly recommended! :)

The apartment was perfectly clean and very nice. It was as in pictures. In a quiet and safe area, close to public transportations. Angelo has been an excellent host, carefull and detailed in descriptions.

The location was amazing for visiting various places in Paris. Further, the rooms were prepared really well, and it easily fits 4 people. It is written in the review, but the second bed is a sofa bed that ends up taking large space in living room but not too cumbersome

Great location and walkable to many prime attractions and restaurants. Billie promptly replied to questions. You may want to bring an electrical converter if you’re from the U.S. it was delightful!

Loved the space. Smaller than what we thought & a very interesting place above a car auto shop. The space itself was very clean& fun. We took advantage of the sauna, jacuzzi& outdoor space. The only thing I hated was the shampoo…I felt like I couldn’t get clean because it left my hair all sticky. We also wanted more towels than we were given! Other than that we loved it and were glad to have a space away from the city.

Xavier’s apartment was perfect, right in the centre of Paris on the serene Île de Saint Louis. There were bakeries and coffee shops within a few minutes’ walk. It was easy to get to the sights of Paris but felt calm and restful. The apartment was well furnished and spotless. The stocked coffee machine was a great treat. All in all this was a perfect base from which to explore Paris, and a lovely home to return to.

The location of Mawei's apartment was perfect, right in the heart of the city! It was super convenient to get around and explore. The apartment was easy to self check-in and very clean. It was in a very quiet neighborhood while being only 20 minutes walk from the Eiffel Tower. Great bakeries and restaurants were within a couple minutes walk. We'd definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at Ramo’s suite. It was exactly as the pictures showed it. The location is absolutely ideal right on the Seine River which offers stunning views and peaceful atmosphere. The place is quiet, private and feels like a true escape from the hustle of the city. Practicality was top notch: there’s a-lot of local grocery stores just a short walk away and it was very easy for G7 drivers to find the address and pick us up. Everything about this place made for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Highly recommend.
