Second time staying at the private chalet. We looked for another water villa resort to atay at, but couldn't find any that offers a better value. When we stayed last year, it was in the middle of the CNY and 90% of the guests were Chinese, but this year we stayed right after the CNY and the guest makeup was more diverse, including a handful of Europeans

The grounds of the Lodge are larger than most lodges and it is a peaceful nature retreat. Within the compound, one can stroll amidst many flowering scrubs and hear the melodious strains of the birds. Sited at an altitude of 1,500m, the air is cool, between 18°C to 25°C. Mile 36 Lodge is a great place for leisure, gatherings, rest point as you do bird and flower watching activities.

A haven on a private beach in a secluded bay away from everything else. Getting in is an adventure by itself as you will need to take a small boat to get there. A truly wonderful place. We were in the VIP2 lodge, which was just as expensive as the others. Of course, it's a bit expensive, but we had a total "Maldives" feeling and it's exactly as in the pictures. There are plenty of opportunities for snorkeling all around. Baby sharks, water snakes and giant turtles swim around the property. The tours offered are phenomenal and all the staff are very friendly and accommodating. If you need something from the city (e.g. sunscreen), this is also organized. It should also be said that this place is completely safe. No pirates, kidnapping or anything like that. This is no longer relevant.

A very casual place where the sea breeze is blowing here is a 2 night minimum.You can snorkel yourself but be aware of sea snakes.See the sunset, sunrise, the accommodation environment is ok, clean and hygienic.
