The location is convenient, with several commercial areas nearby. It is very close to the airport, although it is slightly further from the town center. The property matches the description, and car parks are provided. There is a pay-per-use gym and pool next door. The only issue we encountered during our stay was the water pressure in the bathroom. It was not possible to use both showers concurrently. Overall, the property offers good value for the price paid. The host was friendly and very responsive. We were also given the convenience of extending our check-out time.

We had an exceptional experience staying at this wonderful place and had everything we could possibly need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The highlight of the stay was the host’s amazing hospitality. She was incredibly responsive, answering all of my questions almost immediately, and her helpfulness truly made a difference.

Huge apartment, in a great area

A place that is convenient n important is clean. Nice deco, the unit had beautiful color skim . Provided hard n soft pillows, very thoughtful. Nice place to stay.

The accommodation was beautiful and we felt very much at home. It is in a gated community which was great for safety reasons, although the accommodation is in a safe area anyways. It is a little out of the city but not too far from the Orangutan Sanctuary. Tiffany was an amazing host. She did everything to make us feel at home and welcomed us personally to show us around! We had no complaints at all! Thank you for hosting!

We chose this condo based on previous reviews…they weren’t wrong!! Francis is indeed a wonderful host, very friendly and accommodating all our needs! He went above and beyond to welcome us and to ensure our stay was comfortable and we had everything we needed. The apartment is in a secure and quiet location, but just 5 mins away from the hustle and bustle of town centre. The apartment is very clean and comfortable, with everything you need to feel at home! Grab taxi’s were easy to order to take us into town where there are numerous shops, restaurants and amenities. All in all, a perfect apartment to stay in prior to our trip to the jungle! :-)

5 star homestay also very friendly host. Definitely will come again whenever coming to Sandakan next time

We have booked Angie's apartment last minute as we needed to visit our relatives in the Hospital. Glad that Angie has accepted our stay. We travelled with our children (below 4 years). We found that Angie apartment is spacious and there are a lot of amenities nearby her apartment.

Decor was interesting. Convenient location nearby to restaurants and amenities. Minor hiccup at check in but Brandon resolved it fairly quickly. Nice to have a pool available at the premises. Wifi was slightly patchy at times.

Easy Check-in procedure, very clean and spacious, you will feel like home.

Great place to stay

The place was really nice, clean, spacious, and very aesthetic!! The host also gives clear instructions. However, please ready depo of rm200 and they said will return 2days after check out. I check out on 2 June but until today 6 June, i still did not get my depo back. When i follow up they said will follow up, but no action yet.

Clean and comfortable homestay, nice for family to stay. Just only Shower soap is not prepared at every toilet so we need to share. Overall, the homestay is nice to stay 👍🏻

Giek Eng was amazing. The place we had originally booked was missing a washing machine which was important for a family of four. As I was in Sandakan already I contacted her last minute abd she graciously accommodated us. The hand only was fast but clear. Apartment was well located in the newer part of sandakan, local supermarket Bataras with many local kopi tiams and aircon places for breakfast. Nice local bakeries, dessert parlours and restaurants. Giek Eng’s apartment was exactly like the photos, well supplied with laundry detergents, toilet rolls and bottled water. A real home from home. It made our trip a most enjoyable one. Thank you again Giek Eng, will be booking you if we are back again.

Spacious apartment with great view of a nearby floating village from the living room and balcony. Working AC in the bedrooms. Appreciated provision of free coffee, shower gel and shampoo. Snacks, drinks and laundry powder available for a reasonable fee. Not much within walking distance - Grab/Maxim recommended to travel to shops and restaurants. Great hosts, responsive and helpful. Would stay again.
