Very good location, central, restaurants a few steps away, if you like the party, you have the bars just nearby, the accommodation is just like the description and the photos. Bella is always attentive to what was needed and in constant communion.

Highly recommend. Loved staying at Jose’s place. The apartment has everything you need to feel at home and everyone is so welcoming. The area is quiet and great for relaxing. It’s close to areas of interest like Marina Vallarta where there are lots of restaurants and a beautiful marina. You can easily get to other areas as well. I will be back whenever I am in Puerto Vallarta.

Our family (daughters ages 19 & 21) loved Casa Achara! The convenience to beach and town was unmatched. After a busy morning/afternoon it was great to come back and lounge in the pool to plan our next move. We joined the band which played below us one night, and the other nights, while we heard the music from 9:30-11:30, it was nothing that a sound machine from my phone couldn’t drown out. Ebony’s recommendations were fantastic. A tequila tasting at the house with David at Taste of Sayulita was the perfect thing to kick off our stay. Captain Pato took us fishing/snorkeling one day. We caught a ton of fish and then made some ceviche for us to enjoy. We asked them to clean one fish for us and we cooked that at the house that evening, paired with pasta and we made fresh margaritas from leftover tequila. Ally Cat trip to Marietas Islands was is a MUST! Umbrellas/chairs at Don Pantaleon’s were $15 - service was great! Thai food cooked by Ebony’s husband Sam topped off a perfect stay!

Things were very comfortable in the unit. The caretaker Juan became my main point of contact for my stay, and he was very responsive and helpful. Downstairs is a restaurant, and those employees would be able to assist if needed as well. Very pleasant stay.

It was wonderful! I will definitely be back! The girls were absolutely wonderful. So helpful and attentive! Highly recommend.

Jamie’s home is amazing! The place was incredibly clean, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The view was absolutely breathtaking! I highly recommend staying here, we had a wonderful time and will be back in the near future!

The house is adorable, kitchen small but stocked well. There is someone who cleans the house which is very nice and well stocked with linens blankets paper towels, toilet paper, soap etc. location is so perfect. Laura helped us with anything we ever needed and was extremely quick to communicate and help.

When we 1st arrived our impression!! Wow! Beautiful landscape and 2 pools! Owner lives on the top section of home and there’s other units on front side were you enter that are more like a suite unit 2 beautiful pools and beautiful few like being on a mountain top looking down onto the town of Sayulita. Our unit was a 3 bedroom bungalow it was nice with beautiful view but a little dated with kitchen items. We had some hippcups with water but Suzanne did her best to manage the best she could. We ended up eating out every day but restaurants were tasty. We would definitely return we felt very safe there and view is amazing. Suzanne was very sweet and accommodating. If you want total privacy this is not for you. Staff is always there if you need something. Thank you for having us!😘

Phenomenal place that provides best of both worlds. The house is very cozy and located in a quit neighborhood at walking distance from downtown/beach ( 20 min). Close enough to walk, but away from the noise and crowds from town. The patio, open space and pool is great to live outside in a very confortable way. We use the pool a lot in the morning, coming back from the beach and before bedtime. Super relaxing and great to cool off. The amount of birds around the house singing was also a great treat. There is a house in construction in front of the property, there is noise coming from it, but it is not to bad. They tend to start later in the morning and were finished when we came back from the beach. Rene is also very helpful and reactive. Provided us all we needed in terms of support and info in a heartbeat. Overall, I really recommend this house, its location, set up and surroundings makes it the perfect spot. You’ll love it.

The host's attention is excellent! If you have any questions, they support you immediately. The house exactly matches the publication in photographs, as far as possible. Everything is very central to the beaches and the Puerto Vallarta esplanade. My family and I were very happy to have stayed with Marisol and Emmanuel.

Right in the heart of old town Punta Mita. Walkable to the beach, to local food spots, and to the more commercial strip. The common area was a little hot in May, but it was always possible to escape to the AC rooms or dip in the pool. Melanie was super responsive to questions and made us feel right at home.

Very good accommodation, equipped, well maintained, and in excellent condition. It is private, ideal for resting and the best thing is that they allow access to pets. Manuel was very helpful and attentive to the arrival and the doubts that arose. I am satisfied with this experience and recommend it.

The place was very nice, it exactly matched the images, the view is beautiful, facing the sea, it has 5 beds, 2 bathrooms, yes it has hot water, there is a jacuzzi, although it did not hold the water, it went out and it was not so easy, it has all the kitchen utensils, cups, plates, knives, etc., it is very well equipped, also in the bathroom, soap, shampoo, etc., Roberto's attention was very good, it was from before we arrived to welcome us, although in the end I would have liked to give us instructions on our departure, since the cleaning girl arrived from 9:30 am and we felt a little haste to leave... In general, I loved my stay, I felt like at home!

Beautiful place and very quiet area away from noise

Thank you for everything! The apartment is beautiful and very comfortable. They have it spotless and well maintained, with everything you need. Miguel was always attentive to the chat and responded quickly. Vero is the most. Pending everything, keep everything clean. Towels always smelled clean. The building is very nice, with lots of pools, restaurants, and bars. The beautiful beach.

Everything is great!

Victoria was very nice and helpful with us. We were quick to resolve a problem with the internet. We were very comfortable in general. The only thing that would improve the space is that it had air conditioning for the hot season.

Bernardo was the perfect host! Communication was great and so was our condo. We felt very comfortable and the views were spectacular from both sides! I would absolutely recommend this air bnb to family and friends.

Looks just like the pictures , nice private location, within walking distance of restaurants, it was clean and spacious. Also nice view of the ocean and beach front. Washer and dryer was a plus for us . Also the kids area was a hit for our kids. There is also a massage spot right below the property , so we didn’t even have to leave.
