Holiday rentals with beach access in Baia Verde

Lucci d’Oriente exceeded our expectations. The apartment is spacious, cheerfully decorated and equipped with absolutely everything - nothing is missing. From each window you can see the sea, as if you were inside it. The terrace with direct access to the sea is a real privilege. Going up from there to the apartment takes some effort, but it's totally worth it. It is ideal for a family with children, very comfortable and functional. Santa Cesarea Terme is quiet, with some options to eat light and enjoy an ice cream. Parking lot next door is free if there is a place, and very accessible if paid. Rita and Stefano were exceptional hosts: attentive, friendly and always available. They made us feel right at home. We would definitely go back!

Perfect stay right near the beach that felt like home! This property has super comfortable beds, nice linens and many little things that made for a very relaxing stay. We thought we’d visit a number of the villages in the area, but found ourselves just wanting to relax at the house and on the local beaches instead. If we come back to the area, we are 100% staying here again. Also, although there are good restaurants in town, cooking was easy bc there’s a BBQ on the patio, lots of spices and pots/pans to cook with and plenty of plates/cups/glasses/etc. It’s a well stocked kitchen - much more so than many other places I’ve stayed. If you’re thinking about this place, stop looking at other options and book it. You won’t regret your decision. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!!

The place looks better than in the photographs. Beautiful sea view, spacious rooms, and convenient location to both Gallipoli and Baia Verde. Giovanni made sure that we had everything you need by also providing beach umbrellas. Flexible and quick check-in and check-out. Great experience, highly recommend ✨ Thank you!

A beautiful rooftop apartment with lots of space. What makes the place is the rooftop patio where we enjoyed breakfast outside every day. Also enjoyed a night of watching both the stars and a storm over the horizon - what a show ! The apartment is right on the Main Street .step out into all the action . Turn left and restaurants shops and bars are there for you . Turn right and 50 m away is the beach - and fyi the beach is a nice sand one. umbrellas for the beach supplied - a nice touch . Access to the apartment is by foot . At first it seemed daunting however in fact it was a 5 min walk from where Paulo had arranged a parking spot for us. Paulo and Stefano were there for us as we found our way to both parking and then the apartment. Paulo is a personal assistant by profession - she was our personal assistant during our stay making dinner rez when places were full ! Great bonus . There’s a roof top bar with music to midnight - good tunes so we enjoyed . Small kids might not enjoy

Loved our stay here! Just at the end of the bay - perfect position. Just a couple of minutes to reach restaurants and shops. Bright, airy and modern apartment. Fantastic lounge with great balcony. Really comfy beds and pillows. Would definitely stay again if we are back in Otranto.

Very lovely host and super responsive. Great location, flat is lovely furnished with all the necessary amenities. Only downside was the additional cleaning fees and tourist tax that are added on after we booked. Bring cash

Incredible historic house in the middle of Otranto Old Town, in a quiet passage, and next to everithing. Very comfortable, very spacious and newly renovated. The parking permit the property has is very useful and saves money! We had a wonderfull stay! Otranto is really a place to visit!

The accommodation is tastefully and modernly furnished. We enjoyed the sunset from our own terrace every evening, just fantastic views! Within walking distance are the two charming places with beach promenade! Parking was easily possible right in front of the house in October. Lorenzo and the co-hosts were always helpful and very friendly - highly recommended!

Antonio and Lina are wonderful friendly hosts who take care of everything, highly recommended! The old apartment is cute and tastefully decorated, and when it is warm outside, also bright. We were there at the end of March and the weather was very cold and rainy at first. But we had a wonderful stay in fantastic Gallipoli.

Martas apartment was really lovely and she was a great host! The place had everything you needed and was directly opposite the natural swimming pool. We would 100% recommend staying here!

There were two of us staying at the place for six nights and more than satisfied. May is before the season, so we were alone in the entire street. The terrace is a dream, but visible to the neighbors. Because we were alone, this was nothing difficult. We highly recommend the apartment, Fernando was a great host and was always easily accessible and friendly!

Great apartment in the beautiful old town of Gallipoli....everything available...everything clean....only 2 min. from the promenade and beach...yet no noise....with Google Translator, communication was also a problem....again and again....

We had probably our best Airbnb experience. We were greeted on arrival by Paolo who was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our vacation. We could reach him at any time and he also had countless good tips for us. Among other things, he recommended the best ice cream (still dreaming of cioccolata fondente). There were some super tasty local specialties waiting for us when we arrived. The house is very clean and furnished with great attention to detail. You can tell that the owner is an architect. In general, the house really had everything you need. From olive oil and spices to a washing machine and bathrobes. We wanted to spend the whole day on the terrace by the sea which definitely was our highlight. Our stay felt like a dream and we definitely want to come back as soon as possible. Thank you for everything.

The accommodation was one of the best, everything very clean and tidy. The house is also very spacious and being 5 with children we did not encounter problems of any kind. I highly recommend this accommodation which is in the historic center near the various shops, pizzerias and bars. Therefore, the city of Gallipoli is very large and you can walk quietly near the promenade. I highly recommend this accommodation, the host is also very kind and helpful!

Of all our European travels over the last few years this is perhaps the best apartment we have stayed at! Incredible location with tons of character. Bonus: breathtaking views from the rooftop terrace! Comfy beds (1 Firmer & 1 Memory Foamlike) and excellent AC when you need it. This apartment is close to everything in Old Town, great shops and restaurants and you can catch a bus and be at a beautiful beach in less than 30 minutes ☀️ Emanuela is an excellent host and was prompt in her responses to any of our communications. We had a very relaxing time in Vittorio's apartment. The large balcony has a great view of the sea. 2 beaches are directly opposite, only across the less-traveled road from the apartment. The free city beach with the wind-protected bay can also be reached in a few minutes on foot. The sea is crystal clear and shines in all shades of blue. The old town of Otranto is also within a few minutes' walk and offers a wide range of restaurants and ice cream parlors. Vittorio welcomed us very nicely, also gave us many tips during the stay and stayed in touch with us. The apartment is lovingly furnished and has everything you need. We recommend this accommodation to anyone who wants to spend a relaxing holiday in Otranto.

The place was great, very clean and a great terrace. The apartment is centrally located, good bakeries and restaurants are a few minutes' walk away. Alessandra responded to our messages right away and was flexible with the check-out, which we greatly appreciated. We can only recommend the place.

This apartment is excellent. The location and views are amazing. We enjoyed the proximity to beach, local cafe and constantly changing vista. Out hosts were very supportive and friendly, but allowed us the space for a quiet holiday. We appreciated quick responses when we asked for recommendations. We thoroughly enjoyed the conditions offered by Alberto's place, we had a very good time in the tranquility before the tourist season. From Marina di Mancaversa is easily reached in localities such as Gallipoli or Santa Maria di Leuca... also, one day you can see many of the tourist resorts on the South Ionian coast (Torre San Giovanni, Torre Suda, Torre Mozza, Torre Pali, Torre Vado, Pescoluse, Lido Marini).

Our experience at Elizabeth's apartment was fantastic from start to finish. Communication with her was seamless; she was always quick to assist and answer any questions we had. Elizabeth went above and beyond, providing detailed instructions for our late check-in and sharing wonderful recommendations for nearby restaurants. The hosts are very accommodating, I found the apartment a bit small, but it was ok for 3 days. The view is amazing :)

Fantastic stay. Warm welcome with extensive tips on what to do in the area. Apartment was very neat and well equipped with stuff to make a meal yourself. Swimming pool very clean and a very nice view over the area. Breakfast was very good; huge variety of savory and sweet foods. Stay highly recommended.
