Villa with swimming pool suitable for large groups of friends; Mario was very kind, the house fully corresponds to the description, perfect swimming pool. Recommended.

We had a fantastic stay at Salvatore’s place. The house is bigger than it looks in the photos and had everything we needed. We stayed for four nights but could have happily stayed longer. The house is well located for visiting the east, west and south coast beaches.

Occasionally on Airbnb you arrive somewhere and it’s like hitting the jackpot. Each and every space is beautiful, well appointed and through a design lens- stunning. Laid back luxury at its best. We are a (grown up) family of 9 and appreciated the numerous spaces to step back for moments of solitude - both inside and out. All the bedrooms are gorgeous- so no one left feeling like they’ve pulled the short straw, and the kitchen is perfect for creating big dinners. A cool (thanks to the air con) sitting room-perfect for reading, and bathrooms all well designed and good looking. The pool is beautiful- big enough to get a proper swim in which in my experience is rare, but the huge table under the canopied terrace off the kitchen was the place to be! The village bar is a 2 minute walk away and more restaurants a 15 minute walk. Can’t recommend enough, and can’t wait to return. Thank you Rocco and the wonderful house keepers for making our stay perfectly fabulous.

We had an amazing stay at Francesca’s. We were in contact with Lukas who was extremely helpful, clear and friendly. At check in, Lukas met us and showed us around, he had many local recommendations for us. Throughout the stay he was super responsive and helpful. The first morning we woke up to fresh croissant and pasticciotti!! The house was beautiful, very spacious, full of light and extremely clean. There are many places to sit and many amenities like the pool, outside showers, hammocks and outside BBQ area. I cannot recommend this place enough. Thank you.

We had such a great time. As a party of 11 the villa felt spacious and had everything we needed. The pasta making class and dinner cooked at the villa provided by Daniela were brilliant and delicious! We would love to come back!

A little paradise – highly recommended! We were very lucky to be able to spend a few days in this wonderful accommodation – and what can we say: It was simply fantastic! The magnificent view is hard to put into words and has inspired us every day. The house is very clean, lovingly furnished and perfectly equipped – you can see in every detail how much heart was put into it. There is really nothing missing, so you feel comfortable from the first moment. A special highlight is the large pool, which makes the complex a small oasis - perfect for relaxing and enjoying. However, what made the stay unforgettable was the incredibly nice landlord. We have rarely experienced a host who is there for his guests with so much warmth and dedication. You feel welcome and well looked after - simply wonderful! We can highly recommend this place!

10 great April days in Cecilia's house - first windy cool, then springy warm, so we could also bathe in the sea. In 10 minutes, beautiful beaches can be reached by car (Pescoluse), in 30 minutes you are in the picturesque Gallipoli, where we were able to attend the Easter procession. Recommended is the "Petra" in Salignano, the Pasticceria Artisan in Morciano and the Cafereccio in Torre Vado. The weekly markets in the villages are worthwhile as well as excursions to Lecce and hikes in the Parco Naturale di Porto Selvaggio. Cecilia's house has everything you need: a great view from the terrace, a super equipped kitchen, modern bathrooms, a nice living atmosphere. Many thanks to Cecilia, as well as to Cosimo and Fernanda for the friendly check in/out. We will be happy to come back!

Stunningly beautiful. If you are looking for beautiful design, comfort and privacy in an small Puglia village that’s a short drive removed from the beach and city action. Georg has been great and Elisabetta was such a wonderful and proactive host. Definitely a place we want to visit again.

This house is absolutely amazing. The property is even better in person. The hosts were super responsive and very helpful with anything we needed. We will definitely come back!

We had a lovely stay at Villa Pethra Maris. The beautiful landscape and surroundings were incomparable! Lots of relaxation and games by the pool as we looked on to the gorgeous sea view(which you never get tired of). The hosts and owner were so responsive with all of our needs or any issues. The kids very much enjoyed the little house cat Petra-she seems to guard the place and makes the villa feel like home. The area has too many lovely places to visit -so we will just have to go back soon!😂.

Stefano's villa is a very nice location, welcoming, clean not only in the interior spaces but also very well maintained in the outdoor spaces. The pool, barbecue/pizza area, outdoor gazebo and spectacular outdoor shower helped make our stay unforgettable. Absolutely nothing is missing, the location as a whole is really fabulous: the new indoor kitchen, then, a real treat! Stefano was a very welcoming and discreet host, he made us feel immediately at ease, and he also gave us useful tips to get around. An experience to be repeated as soon as possible... thank you! An absolutely wonderful villa with a great view to the east and sunrise. Lots of space to sit and lounge and eat and spend time together with family and friends. A bit of a drive to the beach, but all very doable. Definitely in the return to list. Last but not least - Fausto is fab!

We had a lovely stay. The accommodation was beautiful with plenty of space for all the family. Luigi was very responsive and helpful.

The Borgo Gelos was a true delight . With a large group of 11 of us it broke up easily into the the different apartment and amazing central kitchen. No one felt cramped for space with great privacy. The infinity pool was a highlight! Our host Elia was there for any questions and made some excellent site seeing recommendations including a fantastic private boat coastal tour and Kayaking, wine tasting. Etc. The little town of Surano was charming and the huge grocery/retail shops center was only 5 min straight easy drive The Borgo Gelso is optimally located to explore beauty of the area around Surano from Lecce to Castro to Otranto, Marina Serra, down to Leuca and even across the peninsula to Gallipoli. I hope you enjoy the Borgo Gelso as much as we did. A great value and special place.

The place was truly gorgeous. Our stay felt so special there. It was beautifully decorated. Very private and calm.

We were a family of 6 adults and 2 children and enjoyed our stay very much. The villa is great - the pool and hot tub are perfectly maintained and invite you to relax. The numerous seating areas offer comfort and make lingering in the outdoor area particularly pleasant. We highly recommend this accommodation and would be happy to come back at any time.

Villa was perfect for our family group of 7 and air conditioning worked well. Kitchen was very well equipped and we also made use of the outdoor barbecue. Swimming pool was a decent size and was cleaned everyday. Giovanni was very helpful and responded quickly to our requests. You can also walk into the town and we enjoyed the festivities in town to celebrate Festa di Sant'Antonio! Also there are good beaches within 30 minutes drive. Overall very good value for money.

Antonio's house is a little slice of heaven. The garden is huge, there are deckchairs and hammocks in every corner, everyone can find their favorite place for a nap, the pool is superb and very warm, Antonio took care to come and clean it every morning before we woke up so that we could make the most of it. Despite our late arrival, the hosts waited for us to welcome us, and ice was waiting for us in the freezer. The house was very clean, the decoration is neat and typical. Antonio sent us lots of recommendations for restaurants and tours around, always very responsive. Really a week in paradise with family! Grazie mille!

We had a wonderful week at the house. We traveled with a toddler and the hosts were so considerate babyproofing everything. The view is just like out of a movie and the garden is breathtaking. Our absolute highlight was the outdoor kitchen. We will be back for sure!

Gabriella's home is always a pleasure to visit. It was our second time visiting! The house is beautiful and the countryside so peaceful. Everything is in perfect condition. It has everything you might need to relax and reset. It is also incredibly spacious making it an ideal property for a group of people. I highly recommend it!

The location is stunning. The sounds of the sea are gorgeous and the colour of the water is beautiful. Mauro is a wonderful host and it didn't matter that he spoke no English and we spoke no Italian, Google translate was fine. We didn't have a car and in hindsight this was an error and the villa is not particularly close to amenities and requires walking along a road without pavement or across a rocky beach to get to restaurants and the local supermarket. Also with a car, we would have been able to visit more of the beautiful local towns and villages. If you are looking for a peaceful break from a busy life, this is the perfect spot to stay.
