It is just blocks from Green Lake, Seattle's Central Park, and walkable to so many wonderful restaurants, coffee joints and pubs. People love living here because of the easy access to downtown Seattle and very central location. This home is located on a major bus line which takes you right downtown; easy transfer to UW or Ballard. Ubers are plentiful. Walkscore is amazing, easy walk to many, many fabulous restaurants, pubs and coffee shops. People love this location in Seattle as it is so accessible and central, plus it has a very friendly vibe. No smoking and no pets are firm rules. Quiet hours M - F 10:30 pm. Sat & Sun 11:30 p,m. No large parties please. Plenty of free parking available on street. Keyless entry.

The Aphrodite apartment with hot tub is a historic house in the heart of 6th Ave. The apartment comes with 1 parking place but you won't need it. There are over 35 restaurants and shops just outside your door. 6th Ave is known for hip trendy shops and many restaurants just out the door. Get your fresh roasted coffee at Bluebeard Coffee Roasters (next door) or get a beer at State Street Brewery. We are also directly across from MSM deli known for their delicious sandwiches.

Your views from the property are gorgeous!! and the deck shows off a bit of heaven on earth. You are welcome to use our washer and dryer. We live in the main house which your apartment is connected to. We are available any time.
