Casa de Salreu is a single-story, single-family home with its own land of about 2,000 square meters (flanked by willows and a water line), a patio, 4 comfortably furnished suites, a living room and a fully equipped kitchen. Rehabilitated in the first half of 2020, it is the result of the reconstruction of a typical house in the region, where we sought to maintain, in addition to the volumetry, the personality and romantic aura of the space, with total respect for the natural surroundings.

A short distance from Porto, not far from Coimbra and very close to Aveiro, you will find a natural lagoon . Casa da Salgada in the village of Fermentelos, more precisely in the street of Salgada that begins near the house and ends a few meters lower on the shore of the lagoon of Pateira. Built at the end of the 19th century by a merchant based in Brazil, it was completely renovated at the beginning of 2021, the result is a house with soul and history dressed in comfort and charm.

We are close to the main Avenue of the city of Aveiro, 1400 meters from the tourist area/historic center and 600 meters from the Aveiro Footbridges. Aveiro train station is about 800 meters away. It is a calm, quiet, safe and little urbanized area. Ideal for those who want to get to know the city and at the same time rest. Casa da Eira has a bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom. The area is rural, quiet, close to nature, with vineyards and other agricultural land. The Lagoa de Torres is about 500 meters away, a very pleasant place to read, meditate, walk the dogs or fish.
