El precio incluye acceso a habitaciones y baños según el número de personas en la reserva. El alojamiento es privado; si sois dos, se habilitará una habitación y un baño, y las demás quedarán cerradas. Se puede pagar un suplemento para usar más espacios. This building is part of an old Catalan farmhouse dating back to the early 15th century. It has been renovated in several phases, the last in 2018. Taking advantage of the perimeter of the main house, the rehabilitation has resulted in an apartment attached to a pool and an attached two-story house. The most garden house complex, plus the surrounding forest could be defined as a combination of medieval civil architecture, updated with modern materials and design details.

LA GUARDIA is a 70 Ha farm and forestry estate, 45 km from Barcelona and 50 km from Girona. Close to the Montnegre-Corredor Natural Park and the Montseny Biosphere Reserve.
