Villa holiday rentals in Bajčići

We had a great week in Sveti Bartul! Shirley gave us a warm welcome and had some recommendations for the area. The villa is a dream: the amenities are very high quality and extensive, the furnishings are tastefully selected and very clean. In addition, the garden with a pool and possibility to linger is a wonderful oasis of peace. As described, you need a car to explore the area.

The villa is fantastically located with a beautiful view of the sea. The little town with its old houses and beautiful alleys invite you to take a walk. Restaurants are just around the corner. The bakery, supermarket and beach are within walking distance. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back again.

The stay was great, I felt very comfortable. Everything was clean and as shown in the pictures. The host was very flexible, especially with the check-in time. I would book the villa again on my next stay, everything was as imagined, simply fantastic

the two of us had a great week here. Upon our arrival, the place was very nicely prepared, cleaned and we felt right at home. Everything necessary is available everywhere. From necessary things such as towels, plates, cutlery, sufficient and various glasses, and cooking utensils; to great extras such as blender, coffee maker, grill tongs, wood, water carafe, bathrobes and much more. As a result, we were able to really enjoy our vacation and didn't have to take care of anything. The living rooms themselves are lovingly furnished and there is plenty of space. The garden is beautiful and decorated with lots of herbs, flowers and plants. It's just a pity that he is not directly connected to the house but you always have to go out to the street to get into the garden. But that's not a real problem. The view from the house and the garden is mega.The journey leads via a gravel road and is a little more difficult. We had a great time.

Wonderful house in a beautiful setting. Great location to visit the rest of Istria; Pula, Rovinj, the more secluded east coast and the interior. There are outside seating areas to catch the sun at all hours of the day and a heated pool to relax in. Most of all the hosts are very hospitable and easy to communicate with. Will be back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We didn't miss anything at Villa Ohana and Kristian was always available on site for any concerns. The house is very modern and looks inviting through the bright, playful and open furnishing style - perfect for young families, couples or good friends. The villa is located in Linardici, a small and quiet place from which the sea, supermarkets and restaurants are easily accessible by car. All in all, we can recommend the accommodation to anyone who wants to treat themselves to a break with their loved ones.

This spa retreat is perfect! We visited with kids and our dogs and the big, completely fenced yard was ideal for the doggies and the kids could not get enough of the pool and spa. Danijela is the perfect host from flexible (late checkin) to a ton of great local recommendations. This place is up the mountain a bit for nice, quiet seclusion as well as easy access to Labin and Rabac. We will be returning!!

We had a wonderful stay with our four children and our dog at this peaceful and scenic place. The view of the sea is absolutely stunning, and we especially enjoyed the nearby hike down to the beach. The house is spacious, with plenty of room for the kids to play both indoors and in the garden. We also appreciated the great location, with good restaurants nearby in Plomin and a bit further in Labin and Rabac. A perfect spot for a relaxing family getaway!

We had a wonderful stay on the island of Rab. The house is only 2 minutes walk from the beach – the perfect location for a relaxing bathing holiday. It was particularly pleasant that there were no direct neighbors, so we could enjoy our time completely undisturbed. The house was very clean, well equipped and cozy. We will definitely be happy to come back! Definitely recommend!

We had an incredibly nice vacation in this wonderful house. Upon arrival, we were impressed by the cleanliness and the well-kepted condition – it was really flawless! You can tell that a lot of emphasis is placed on details here to make guests feel at ease. Communication with the landlords was excellent: They were always available, helpful and very friendly, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Particularly noteworthy is the fantastic roof terrace. The view from there was simply breathtaking and gave us many unforgettable moments – be it at breakfast or at sunset. The location of the house is perfect for those who want to experience the beauty of Croatia, with the proximity to the sea and the many sights in the area. We can warmly recommend this gem and thank the hosts from the heart for a great stay.

Super host, clean place to stay in clean space. Were 3 couples, all enough space in living room and terrace. Both rooms on the 1st floor a bit too little storage space. We will be happy to come back.

We had a wonderful stay with a large group of people (adults and children) at Fabian's accommodation. Here are the key things we loved about our experience: The apartments were very clean and incredibly comfortable. Stunning Sea Views Fabian was a fantastic host, always friendly and helpful. He provided us with plenty of valuable local tips. The apartments were perfectly situated close to the beach, restaurants, and shops, while still offering a peaceful environment. The spacious apartments and outdoor areas made it ideal for our large group.

Great accommodation with swimming pool, you were looked after twice a week. Lidija also takes care of the guests and asks if everything is okay. Always happy to come back.

Great place for a relaxed holiday with family. The house is beautiful, the swimming pool is a dream and the view is stunning. There is a shop just outside the property , very handy! The only thing I wish there was a sidewalk so one could go for a stroll. The owner is very friendly and responsive. We highly recommend!

We were very happy with the house. The location is fantastic, a bit secluded so you have your peace and quiet and yet everything is within 10-15 minutes. Jelena and Ivo were wonderful hosts. They were welcoming on arrival and flexible with times. Jelena was very responsive, and gave us great local recommendations for restaurants and walking! The villa is gorgeous, we loved the sauna and the pools and the beautiful surroundings and views. The kitchen is fully equipped. We would love to come again. Thank you so much Jelena and Ivo!

This place is amazing and perfect for 4 couple. Jakovs attention to detail was amazing. It has a beautiful view. There are about 6 switchback s to get to the villa. It has been constructed with the power lines underground and it appears to be the only villa in the area plus the one his sister owns next door that is set up that way. This means that ahead of you there are unrestricted views. Although walking around the top of the hill is beautiful - it is a trek to get from downtown and you need a car. As long as you plan ahead all is great. As we basically cooked most evening this was great. The outside grill area in the back is great for 8 people as is the inside and outside dining. The King beds were great and the balconies for the 2 upstairs bedrooms were great. I highly recommend this place. It is stunning. Kakov also provided a fruit basket, some wine etc as a welcome gift. First Class.

The house was perfect for our stay. Very spacious and clean. Well, equipped kitchen, large spacious rooms, and comfortable beds. The host is very quick to respond and very helpful. Great ocean view from almost anywhere in the house. The sauna and Jacuzzi as well as the pool table offer a great option for rainy days. we will definitely be returning or at least recommend this house to others.

Doris' accommodation is extremely equipped, spacious and clean. It's great that there is a pool, jacuzzi, ping-pong, etc. Doris and her partner are very kind and flexible, helpful. We have very nice memories from there. 🤗❤️

This villa was a really nice place to relax and watch the sunsets at the pool :) Also the living spaces, kitchen and outdoor cooking area were excellent. We can really recommend staying here and enjoy the quiet surrounding nature. Thanks for hosting us :)

We spent a wonderful Easter stay here. The house was spacious and very well equipped – heated pool, large jacuzzi and plenty of options for fun inside like billiards, foosball and darts. The location is perfect – just a short walk to the beach and restaurants. We also very much enjoyed the beautiful trail to run along the coast. The host was extremely friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended!
