Villa Sittella has all the features needed for a comfortable home away from home stay. Many local activities including walking and biking tracks and popular Lake Leschenaultia. There are beds for 4 people with 2 extra on the sofa bed downstairs if needed. Perfect for a small family group or couple. Private spa area and sauna can be booked at extra cost

The Eden Reserve - your oasis in Swan Valley

The Eden Reserve is a luxurious villa set on 4 acres of breathtaking scenery in Swan Valley, near Perth. Designed for comfort and relaxation, the home features four spacious bedrooms, a study, a fireplace, a chef’s kitchen, a theater, and a scenic lookout. The sofa bed in the study will only be prepared if there are 9 or 10 guests. For 8 or less, let us know if the sofa bed is required—an additional fee applies. Luigi's Place - sleeps six in comfort

Quirky comfortable cottage that sleeps six in airconditioned comfort. Free Wifi, wide driveway, compact galley kitchen, pod coffee machine, two smart tv's, welcome pack. All linen including towels provided. Please note: we have an outside toilet (literally two steps out of the house, under cover), infrequent train noise, steps and a small staircase in the house. Please do not advertise on social media for a local babysitter to stay at the house, airbnb will cancel your booking.

The Old Dairy Homestead

The large rammed earth home with 4 spacious bedrooms and a total of five beds with the master bedroom featuring its own en-suite bathroom. The home is open plan and features a large and modern, farm style fully equipped kitchen that adjoins the family room with its iconic, cast iron pot belly stove to keep you cosy in the colder months and also has reverse cycle air conditioning for the warmer months. There is a central games room with a pool table and a TV.

Close to wineries and restaurants in Kalamunda and the Bickley Valley, with the Perth CBD only 25 minutes away by car. Off street parking and a private entrance is provided on site. It best suits those with their own transport. Public transport is a short walk away for access to Perth and Kalamunda and a supermarket is a ten minute walk away.
