The house was just as described. Although some minor issues arose, as soon as we contacted Xamis, he promptly came and resolved them. The location of the house is excellent, making it ideal for relaxation during the summer months.

Great place to stay! Svetlana and her husband are wonderful hosts and such pleasant people ! The house is very clean, walking distance to the sea and beach . Definitely come back and highly recommend to all who seek quiet , cozy place!

Good place to stay near to Nizami street

The place is excellent & its my second time coming here with my friends & family. Amazing living room and bedrooms. You can also take the cleaning service which is reasonable and they do an excellent job cleaning it. The overall experience & response time was very very good. I highly recommend this place.

Khayyam is an outstanding host! He is incredibly kind and sweet, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort and happiness. His communication was exceptional; he responded within minutes and was always available to help. The apartment is spacious and looks exactly like the photos. It's perfectly located—close to both the main city and the old city, yet tucked away on a quiet street, providing a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of the crowds. We truly enjoyed our stay in the apartment and had a wonderful time exploring Baku. Highly recommend!

Ulvi was incredibly friendly and even picked us up from the airport. The flat’s location is ideal, just a few minutes by car from the Maiden Tower and the city center. The apartment has a great atmosphere with its light decor. We also enjoyed the building’s amenities, including the swimming pool, sauna, and gym on the first floor. Overall, we had an amazing experience and highly recommend it!

Great space! Perfect for hanging out and relaxing. Hosts were always very quick to respond and help however possible. We loved it and so did our dog :)

Mr. Ramal met us at the door, handed us the keys, informed us about the use of the house, and also shared information about the grocery store and transportation to other places. When we asked a question, he guided us quickly 24/7, not only monetary, but he treats the customer like a special guest, which is an example of how much guests Azerbaijan loves. We recommend it for pleasant and comfort accommodation. In addition, the apartment is 24/7 protected.

I visited Baku with my wife and another couple. The house was exactly what it looked like online. As soon as we entered we felt right at home. The host Natella is super friendly and extremely responsive. Being new to the city, whenever we had any questions, Natella made sure to guide us, even when she was super busy. I highly recommend the house and host! The location is not more than 10-15 minutes from the main tourist areas and it's super easy to book a cab (unless there's a big event in the city like F1). Overall, it was the best decision we made.

I loved the stay, very beautiful view of the city, checkin was very simple and easy even though I reached in mid night. Apartment was very clean as shown in pictures and all the amenities were perfectly placed. The apartment has very good restaurants within building and accessibility to nearby supermarket is very easy.

If you are young and can walk steep otherwise bolt is cheap so no problem host is very good and only right guy in baku

The owner was always attentive and willing to help if needed. The apartment is located in the historic centre of the city, just a 5-minute walk from the nearest metro station. It is very simple, but well-equipped, with a fridge, washing machine, clothes rack, desk for working, good internet connection, mosquito window screen, and hot water supply. I'm happy with the value for money. Recommended!

I stayed in this apartment for 18 days. The apartment was clean and has everything for staying. Location is great, close to everything - old city, Fountain Square, museums, restaurants, etc. The host is a responsive young man, responded to any request quickly. I recommend this apartment for long or short stay.

The location of the house we preferred for our stay was very nice. It was a bit too noisy due to the location, consider this if you come to rest your head. Walking distance to everywhere, you can easily realize your Baku trip from this location. The only problem was the apartment on the 5th floor without elevator. We could not see an info about this. It was a bit uncomfortable in Baku heat. As for the cleanliness, it was a bit lacking. We smelled odor from the bed and bed linen, from the leftover duvet cover. It didn't feel very clean. The bathroom and kitchen were clean but some glasses and cups were stained and we could not use them easily. However, the host was very helpful and quick to respond. The house needs a seasonal cleaning and some renovation. The host is definitely not like other hosts in Baku who change the house at the last minute or give a different house than the one shown. Unfortunately this is very common in Baku.

For the two of us, this studio apartment was a godsend! In the morning, you can cook a light breakfast, in the evening, take a shower and relax. We slept well, but those sensitive to the noise of the night city may not like the noise of cars on 8 November Avenue. But in a big city, there is always noise everywhere. The view outside the window is very beautiful. There's a nice restaurant right in the house. The hostess Natalia is always in touch and ready to help.

Mansura was a great host. Very friendly, helpful, attentive. The apartment is very nice, clean, and comforting. It was definitely a great experience. Thank you for everything.

Fantastic Stay – Highly Recommend! I had a wonderful experience staying at Rufan’s place. The home was exactly as described clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was perfect for walking to baku city center and the neighborhood felt very safe and welcoming. Rufan was incredibly kind and responsive, always quick to answer any questions and offer helpful suggestions. Their hospitality made the stay feel extra special.
