Monthly Rentals in Balada

We were 4 friends with our children between 1 and 6 years old and we had a great time. The house is located in a spectacular setting surrounded by rice fields, ideal for disconnecting. It is beautiful and specially designed for children: on the upper floor there is a large space, with lots of natural light and toys, which delighted the kids. We were very comfortable throughout the stay. The first morning we had a small power outage, but they fixed it very quickly, which left a great impression on us. 100% recommended for families and groups looking for peace and comfort.

Very spacious house in the middle of the delta where spectacular sunrises were appreciated. We have touched a few freezing temperature days and the owner, very friendly, provided us with firewood and a stove since the air conditioning in one of the plants was damaged.

We had a great stay at Francesco’s place. The location is lovely, peaceful, scenic, and a perfect base for exploring the area. The home itself was well laid out, spacious, and equipped with everything we needed. Francesco was a wonderful host, friendly, welcoming, and always quick to communicate. We instantly felt at home and thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

We had a great time. We loved getting to know this area, the tranquility and kindness of the people. The owner is very kind and approachable, as is the neighbor on the left. They were very thoughtful with us. They are excellent people. The exteriors are wonderful, the pool with the porch all equipped, the interior is all clean and completely renovated, you feel at home. We will definitely stay here again. We would repeat it without a doubt!
