Monthly Rentals in Balatonakali

A wonderfully spent vacation in a quiet place and a cozy place to stay. The owner always responded almost immediately and provided priceless tips (restaurants, ATMs, shops, local markets, ...). Recommended.

The house was beautifully renovated and clean. We loved the location, because we only needed to take a super short walk and the beach was there. There is also a convenient store nearby (walking distance). Quiet area, nice beach, pretty location.

We got to know Judit and Sandor as wonderful hosts. Communication was always warm, so the Google translation didn't bother us. In addition to the apartment furnished with a lot of love for detail, we were spoiled with delicacies. Likewise, a bottle of wine and water was available for us as a gift. The apartment had air conditioning that we could use for a fee and that also sweetened the hot days for us. The apartment was just steps from the Balaton swimming beach. There was a supermarket and restaurants in the village. Since we were there in the off-season, the beach was free of charge. In our opinion, a trip to the south beach by ferry and the lake cave in Tapolca are highly recommended. We express an unreserved recommendation for our warm hosts and thank you for the pleasant stay. Kinga and Szabolcs were very friendly hosts, check-in and check-out are handled in person. They supported us with everything from tips for activities to booking a restaurant for the first evening and a lot more. The cottage is situated in a vinyard, absolutely quiet and with a stunnig view over the valley and to lake Balaton, yet only a 10 minutes drive from the lake. We found it very stilishly decorated and thoughtfully equipped. Thank you very much Kinga and Szabolcs for this lovely stay, we will certainly return when back to the Balaton region.
