Our apartment house is centrally located, yet surrounded by lavender fields in an idyllic environment, where physical and mental recharge is guaranteed. The Tihany Abbey, the center of the village, and the Inner Lake are also within a 10-minute, easy walking distance. We provide discount cards to the popular catering units in the neighborhood! In the vicinity of the Káli Basin, in the Nivegy Valley, in Szentjakabfa, we offer a guesthouse for rent, which was completed in 2021. The Kemencés House is located in the Almond Garden in Szentjakabfa, where 2 more guesthouses welcome guests. The house has its own garden, terraces and a barbecue oven. The guest house also has a covered parking space. A 15x4.5 meter saltwater pool is also available for guests of the Almond Garden. The Almond Garden is recommended for those who love peace and quiet.

Villa Negra - Guesthouse in Kőkövön

If you want a really special adventure, then you should try this completely self-contained Mini house, hidden under the trees on the shore of the small lake, equipped with all comforts. Our guest house is located in the old town of Balatonfüred, about 30 minutes' walk from Lake Balaton. The mini house is located in the guest house's garden, away from the main building. It can be reached by a small winding road through a beautiful park field.
