The perfect place for a relaxing holiday! Great location – close to both the beach and the beautiful park. A huge advantage was the quiet neighborhood (we were out of season), which allowed us to really relax. The building has a swimming pool and a wellness area – just one floor higher, a very convenient solution. The apartment is well equipped, we lacked nothing, and the covered terrace turned out to be the perfect place for morning coffee and evening rest. I definitely recommend it!

An outstanding property! Zoltan is an outstanding host; warm, approachable, highly responsive and super helpful. The apartment is a real gem. It’s imaginatively designed and extremely well appointed including luxury furniture. The air con works and works really well! In bedrooms and lounge/kitchen area. We have been there for two weeks and it has been a very good and relaxing vacation, the house is traditionally renovated but with all the amenities, it has many decorative elements of the time. The area is quiet, peaceful, very polite neighbors, the people in the village are very nice, many spoke very well of Gábor. By car, 10, or 15 or 20 minutes away you have restaurants, wineries, the lake, castles... In the village there is a small supermarket with several things. Gábor was very attentive and polite with us, always concerned to know if we were well and if we were resting. In conclusion, highly recommended to go as a couple or with family to rest. We hope to go again sometime.

We had a super nice, pleasant holiday in this beautiful villa. The house is very well equipped, has a nice terrace and a beautiful garden with many trees, which give the necessary cooling during the hot summer days. (the airconditioners in the bedrooms are also a great added value) The quiet beach is around the corner (approx. 200m) and with the wagon you can easily take all your beach equipment with you. On foot or by bike you will be in the center at the bakery, small supermarket or restaurant. Highly recommended to discover the Balaton and this beautiful region.

This place is a real gem... hidden away, not far from Balaton lake. Great restaurants and facilities nearby! Pool was great, jacuzzi was great. Peter and his wife were lovely and super helpful with great recommendations. We loved staying here and we're very sad to leave!

Everything perfect.

It was a perfect place for a cheerful gathering, a birthday celebration. The well-equipped kitchen has a hàla, and we were able to cook. The house is well-maintained. The pool and hot tub are clean. We spent most of the time on the terrace and in the garden. The terrace and the kitchen has a beautiful kilàtàs for the surrounding area. I can only recommend it!

Full score in almost all areas, except communication. There was no need for it. We are delighted with this really very clean and fully equipped holiday home with direct access to the lake. Perfect for families with kids and a pet. Absolute recommendation 👍

we had a great time. the flat was amazing! we went down with my friends to celebrate my birthday and we had a fantastic time. The kitchen is well equipped. The rooms are fantastic and super clean and the whole place looked much better in person than on the pictures. Also, there was a grill outside we used that was great! and opportunity for fire and bogracs! we definitely will be back !

Great apartment! Everything was really clean and you find everything you need. Fully equipped kitchen. Great amenities if you travel with small children, like we did. The beach (only a 1-minute walk away) is great. Supermarkets and bakeries are within walking distance (10-15 minutes). Check-in was easy and efficient. Definitely recommendable!

This is a nice town to check out… definitely in its own bubble. I did not have an international sim so I had to walk around a bit before I could communicate with the host. It would help with self check in, getting onto the wifi and then staying in touch with the host. Would definitely visit again

Very friendly hosts, we were warmly welcomed by them and they were always available to us. We were surprised with organic vegetables and various grape varieties from the garden. The property is very green with a small pond. The apartment offers a cozy ambiance and was impeccably clean. A highlight was the well-equipped kitchen. The only thing we would have liked would have been some oil for frying. The air conditioning should only be used 2 hours a day. Otherwise, it costs an extra 5 euros per day. However, we did not have to use this at around 30 degrees Celsius daytime temperature and night ventilation (thanks to mosquito protection no problem), as the apartment is well insulated. The Balaton with great paid access is a 10-minute walk and restaurants, supermarkets and the city center can also be reached in less than 30 minutes on foot. We would recommend the stay to anyone!
