This old barn dating from the 15th century was a silk factory! With an area of 75 square meters, it is composed of a large living room with open kitchen, sitting area with sofa bed, wood-burning stove..., and upstairs a large bedroom with bathroom. Guests can enjoy several water activities or relax with beautiful hikes and walks. Vals and its thermal baths are 10 minutes away. Nature lovers will be delighted.

This beautiful and large stone house, called the "maison de mémé Jane", is ideal for a pleasant stay in peace, with family or friends, and to discover the south of the Ardèche. It is very well equipped (barbecue, air conditioning, equipped kitchen, large bedrooms) and has many outdoor spaces to have fun (swimming pool, trampoline, ping-pong, foosball, children's hut). It is ideal for 10 people but can accommodate up to 13 people.

Several walking trails start from the property, two streams run through it, one wide enough for bathing and swimming.

Gite du Moulin

Quiet, in a typical old restored mill located in the heart of nature by the stream, not overlooked, at the foot of the CEVENNES. Part of the building is converted into a spacious and cool 110 m² cottage for 6/7 people. On the ground floor you have the living room, dining room/kitchen. Upstairs, three bedrooms and a mezzanine, bathroom, toilet. The mill is 600 m from Banne. A five-minute drive away you have several shops.

Terrace overlooking the village and superb views of the river and its cliffs. Ardèche River 300 meters away, 5 min walk.

This old sheepfold that we renovated is minutes from the village of ROCHEMAURE. Ideally located in southern Ardèche between the Gorges de l'Ardèche, the Eyrieux Valley and the hills of Drôme Provençale.
