Villa holiday rentals in Balazuc

There were six of us with a dog in March/April and it was beautiful. The property is well fenced for a big dog and you have a lot of space both indoors and outdoors. The view is unbeatable. Communication with Thibault went smoothly. We would definitely recommend and come back again!

What a beautiful and spacious house. Well-equipped, comfortable and very clean. The pool is great and the gate around too. Aurore is fantastic and always ready to give us advice.

The accommodation is great! There is a small wow effect when the gate opens onto the property. Everything was very clean, we can see that the accommodation is very well maintained. Communication with the hosts is easy, they are very attentive and give very good advice in terms of activity or organization. The welcome was friendly, welcoming and easy. I 100% recommend this accommodation.

A nice and comfortable vacation home. Everything is present, kitchen very complete and comfortable and the beds are fantastic. The garden is large and has many spots in the sun and shade. There are many large trees that provide shade. The saltwater pool is great. Caroline is a very sweet and service-oriented woman who is very discreet. We have experienced 100% privacy, despite the fact that Caroline lives under the vacation home. Occasionally, the swimming pool had to be maintained, but that was always done when we were not present. We highly recommend this accommodation!

Very beautiful, architecturally well-designed house that successfully combines old and new and perfectly keeps the Mistral away with its porch. Even in strong winds, it is always possible to stay on the terrace and enjoy the beautiful view over the garden and vineyards. You also have a magnificent view through the rear floor-to-ceiling windows towards Cairanne! Bathrooms and kitchen equipment are modern and comfortable. Everything was very clean and maintained. The pool is pleasantly warm and, due to its exceptional size, really suitable for swimming. Apart from the occasional tractor passing by, there is a heavenly peace most of the time. We had a wonderful stay. Many thanks to Madame Cid for the friendly welcome and support!

Super terrace with great views!! A top stay if you like peace and quiet in a beautiful environment. Studio is perfect for two people: everything is available for a comfortable vacation and is in good condition. Lucas is friendly, communicates well and provides nice touches (bottle of wine in the fridge and strawberries). He lives next to the studio and respects privacy perfectly. Absolutely recommended!

Everything was perfect during this week! Fabienne and Jean-Philippe are very nice people. The welcome we received on arrival was of high quality and their availability throughout the stay was flawless. The house in the middle of the natural park is ideal for getting away. We stayed here for two weeks and they were two great weeks. The house is somewhat elevated, with beautiful views. You are looking at a high mountain where a lot of hiking takes place. It is beautifully green everywhere, and flowers are in full bloom. In the evening, you only hear different bird sounds. During the day, you can see them and also beautiful colorful butterflies. The house is really very cozy, everything but everything is new, very clean and tidy. Enjoy the gazebo, especially in the evenings. The owners Jean- Claud and Annique are great hosts. Very customer-friendly, welcoming and helpful. We were pleasantly surprised upon arrival. Annique came to bring us a bottle of wine. How nice is that? They live next to the holiday apartment, but privacy is highly valued by them. So we don't have a “burden” on each other. They are happy to help you with excursions, we got a lot of tips...Ardeche is really worth the money and all the effort. We will definitely come back here😍

Just paradise!!!!! My husband and I with our children stayed in this magnificent home for 10 days and it truly was unforgettable. The Villa itself is beautiful, very clean and spacious, very well designed, the layout was perfect to bring us all together. The pool was perfect and the kids loved it, we had many family pool days, full of laughter. The location is so private and the views are just breathtaking, never would you get tired of overlooking the mountains or watching the sun set at night. Manon and Jean Luc were always on hand to help us if needed and were incredibly kind and extremely accommodating. If you put this all together it makes for the most magical time away, thank you 🙏. We will be back in the near future x

Superb farmhouse combining modernity and authenticity, excellently equipped, very well arranged, ideal for a week with friends, with very nice service, nestled in a charming and quiet little village of Gard. Big plus, the air conditioning of all the bedrooms and living rooms. A big thank you to Justine for her welcome, kindness and diligence. You will not make any mistake in renting this property.

Beautiful home and beautiful services in a beautiful setting. Everything you need for a great weekend.

Eight of us stayed here (family, including young children). We loved it, and there's lots to do - After swimming many times, in the very smart pool, you then need to box tick everything else - jump on the trampoline, play petanque (they've got a great set up), walk around the grounds (they're big) and admire all the trees and wildlife (a Hoopoe bird enjoyed the garden, and we enjoyed seeing it, as they are rare to see in the UK), have meals in the 3 or 4 dining areas, play board and card games and watch Roland Garros on TV (if your there in May/ June!) ..in the TV room with a wine cellar vibe. Uzes (15 mins away) is a beautiful mini Avignon, and we also enjoyed visiting and swimming at Sautadet waterfalls/ river, and next to Pont Du Gard as well. A beautiful property / Highly recommended!

We had a great weekend at the Mas du Talon, the setting is beautiful, the place is very soothing. The villa is super well equipped. We'll be happy to go back! Thank you again for the quality of the welcome.

We had a pleasant stay at Yannick's house. Calm and rest were both on the agenda! Yannick's responsiveness is also a real plus! If you want to spend a peaceful time with friends or family in a serene place in Ardèche, do not hesitate a second.

a wonderful weekend for 8 adults, time for annual reunions. A very beautiful outdoor garden overlooking the lavender fields. Everything starts with a warm welcome from the owners (who live on site but are very discreet!). A magnificent and very well-equipped house, both inside and outside! An incredible swimming pool and petanque molky volleyball activities that allow you to stay all weekend in the middle of the greenery. Very good memories, thank you to Myriam and Pascal!

We had a great time at Julia's place. The accommodation matched the description perfectly, in a peaceful and pleasant neighborhood. Julia is a very friendly and considerate host, has plenty of recommendations (restaurants, hikes, villages to visit) and is very responsive to messages so that you don't miss anything. The accommodation has everything you need to feel at home and its location is perfect for visiting the Ardèche without driving for hours. We will be happy to come back! :D

This is a lovely, spacious house in a wonderful location with great views. We really enjoyed the big terrace, the well-tended garden and grounds and the beautiful, quiet countryside immediately accessible from the house. We arrived in the dark and opened the front door to a warm welcome with a wonderful wood burning stove making the house very cosy. We really appreciated the supply of wood during our stay as the evenings were cool/cold. The pool is also lovely and well maintained but was rather refreshing (in October) but we braved it! We would all highly recommend this place for a gathering of family and friends. The beds were very comfortable and there are plenty of showers and loos. Cooking facilities are really good for preparing meals which we enjoyed around the large dining table. There is everything needed for a truly relaxing and memorable holiday. This is clearly a loved family home and we appreciated the pictures, books and tasteful furnishings. Highly recommended!

Fab place, great social spaces for our group. The location was gorgeous. Lisa was very accommodating and let us check in two hours early and communicated well throughout. We all enjoyed our stay at the house and thought it was very reasonably priced. The parking area is very tight behind the gate if you’re driving a large people carrier, so takes a little while to park, but still serves its function well. A neighbour dealt with us during our stay - only speaks French - so good to keep this in mind if you don’t have a member / speak French yourself. Luckily one of our party spoke French, so it was fine. The neighbour wasn’t very warm but definitely didn’t take away from a beautiful place in a gorgeous village and a great stay. It was clean, the pool and games were fab, and the BBQ was brilliant. Definitely recommend the local cafe / pub for drinks in the evening too, it’s gorgeous!

Excellent stay in Ardèche in this very pleasant, well furnished and equipped accommodation. The exteriors are very nice, the interiors very practical, the separation into 3 independent apartments brings comfort, and everything is well located with a warm and pleasant welcome! Thanks!
