Villa holiday rentals in Balazuc

Wir waren zu sechst mit Hund im März/April da und es war wunderschön. Das Grundstück ist gut umzäunt für einen großen Hund und man hat viel Platz, sowohl drinnen als auch draußen. Die Aussicht ist unschlagbar. Die Kommunikation mit Thibault verlief reibungslos. Wir würden es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und wiederkommen!

Quelle maison magnifique et spacieuse. Bien équipée, de tout confort et très propre. La piscine est super et la grille autour aussi. Aurore est fantastique et toujours prête à nous donner des conseils.

Le logement est super! Il y a un petit effet whaou quand le portail s'ouvre sur la propriété. Tout était très propre, on voit que le logement est très bien entretenue. La communication avec les hôtes est facile, ils sont très à l'écoute et donne des très bon conseils en termes d'activité ou d'organisation. L'accueil a été sympathique, amicale et facile. Je recommande a 100% ce logement .

Een fijne en comfortabele vakantiewoning. Alles is aanwezig, keuken zeer compleet en comfortabel en de bedden zijn fantastisch. De tuin is groot en heeft veel plekjes in de zon en schaduw. Er zijn veel grote bomen die schaduw geven. Het zoute zwembad is geweldig. Caroline is een bijzonder lieve en dienstverlenende vrouw die zich zeer discreet opstelt. Wij hebben 100% privacy ervaren, ondanks het feit dat Caroline onder de vakantiewoning woont. Af en toe moest het zwembad onderhouden worden, maar dat werd steeds gedaan op de momenten dat wij niet aanwezig waren. Wij kunnen deze accommodatie van harte aanbevelen!

Sehr schönes, architektonisch durchdachtes Haus, das alt und neu gelungen verbindet und durch seinen Vorbau perfekt den Mistral abhält. So ist es auch bei starkem Wind immer möglich, sich auf der Terrasse aufzuhalten und den schönen Blick über Garten und Weinberge zu genießen. Einen grandiosen Blick hat man außerdem durch die rückwärtigen bodentiefen Fenster in Richtung Cairanne! Bäder und Kücheneinrichtung sind modern und komfortabel. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Pool ist angenehm warm und durch seine außergewöhnliche Größe wirklich zum Schwimmen geeignet. Von gelegentlich vorbei fahrenden Traktoren abgesehen, herrscht die meiste Zeit eine himmlische Ruhe. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Vielen herzlichen Dank an Madame Cid für die freundliche Begrüßung und Betreuung!

Superterras met geweldig uitzicht!! Een topverblijf als je houdt van rust in een mooie omgeving. Studio is perfect voor twee personen: alles is aanwezig voor een comfortabele vakantie en is in goede staat. Lucas is vriendelijk, communiceert goed en zorgt voor fijne attenties (flesje wijn in de koelkast en aardbeien). Hij woont naast de studio en respecteert prima de privacy. Een absolute aanrader!

Wij verbleven twee weken hier en het waren twee geweldige weken. Het huis ligt wat hoog gelegen, met prachtig uitzicht. Je kijkt tegen een hoge berg aan waar veel wordt gewandeld. Het is overal mooi groen, en bloemen volop in bloei. ‘s Avonds hoor je alleen verschillende vogelgeluiden. Overdag zie je ze en ook prachtige kleurrijke vlinders. Het huis is echt heel knus, alles maar dan ook alles is nieuw, heel schoon en netjes. Genieten van het prieel, m.n in de avonduren. De eigenaren Jean- Claud en Annique zijn geweldige hosts. Zeer klantvriendelijk, gastvrij en behulpzaam. We werden blij verrast bij aankomst. Annique kwam ons een fles wijn brengen. Hoe leuk is dat? Zelf wonen ze naast het vakantieappartement maar privacy staat hoog aangeschreven bij hun. We hebben dus geen “last” van elkaar. Ze helpen je graag met uitstapjes maken, we kregen veel tips…Ardeche is echt het geld en alle moeite waard. We komen zeker weer terug hier😍

Just paradise!!!!! My husband and I with our children stayed in this magnificent home for 10 days and it truly was unforgettable. The Villa itself is beautiful, very clean and spacious, very well designed, the layout was perfect to bring us all together. The pool was perfect and the kids loved it, we had many family pool days, full of laughter. The location is so private and the views are just breathtaking, never would you get tired of overlooking the mountains or watching the sun set at night. Manon and Jean Luc were always on hand to help us if needed and were incredibly kind and extremely accommodating. If you put this all together it makes for the most magical time away, thank you 🙏. We will be back in the near future x

Superbe mas alliant modernité et authenticité, excellemment équipé, très bien agencé, idéal pour une semaine entre amis, avec de très belle prestation, niché dans un charmant et calme petite village du Gard. Gros plus, la climatisation de l’ensemble des chambres et pièces de vie. Un grand merci à Justine pour son accueil, sa gentillesse et sa diligence. Vous ne ferez aucune erreur en louant ce bien.

What a fantastic holiday home! Belle demeure et belles prestations dans un magnifique cadre. Tout pour passer un excellent week-end.

Eight of us stayed here (family, including young children). We loved it, and there's lots to do - After swimming many times, in the very smart pool, you then need to box tick everything else - jump on the trampoline, play petanque (they've got a great set up), walk around the grounds (they're big) and admire all the trees and wildlife (a Hoopoe bird enjoyed the garden, and we enjoyed seeing it, as they are rare to see in the UK), have meals in the 3 or 4 dining areas, play board and card games and watch Roland Garros on TV (if your there in May/ June!) ..in the TV room with a wine cellar vibe. Uzes (15 mins away) is a beautiful mini Avignon, and we also enjoyed visiting and swimming at Sautadet waterfalls/ river, and next to Pont Du Gard as well. A beautiful property / Highly recommended!

Nous avons passé un super week-end au mas du Talon, le cadre est magnifique, le lieu est très apaisant. La villa est super bien équipée. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Encore merci pour la qualité de l'accueil.

Nous avons passés un agréable séjour dans la maison de Yannick. Le calme et le repos étaient tous les deux au rendez-vous ! La réactivité de Yannick est également un vrai plus ! Si vous souhaitez passez un moment paisible entre amis ou en famille dans un lieu serein en Ardèche, n'hésitez pas une seconde.

un magnifique week-end à 8 adultes le temps de retrouvailles annuelles. un très beau jardin extérieur avec vue sur les champs de lavande. tout commence par un accueil chaleureux des propriétaires (qui habitent sur place mais qui sont très discrets!). une maison magnifique et très bien équipée, autant à l’intérieur qu’à l’extérieur ! une piscine incroyable et des activités pétanque molky volley qui vous permettent de rester tout le week-end au milieu de la verdure. un très bon souvenirs merci à Myriam et Pascal !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Julia. Le logement correspondait parfaitement à la description, dans un quartier paisible et agréable. Julia est une hôte très sympathique et prévenante, a pleins de recommandations (restaurants, randonnées, villages à visiter) et est très réactive aux messages afin qu’on ne manque de rien. Le logement a tout ce qu’il faut pour s’y sentir comme chez soit et sa situation et parfaite pour visiter l’Ardèche sans faire des heures de route. Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir ! :D

Supersaubere Wohnung mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Außerdem ein schöner großer Pool, der bei der großen Hitze für Abkühlung sorgte. Wirklich ein top Ferienhaus.

This is a lovely, spacious house in a wonderful location with great views. We really enjoyed the big terrace, the well-tended garden and grounds and the beautiful, quiet countryside immediately accessible from the house. We arrived in the dark and opened the front door to a warm welcome with a wonderful wood burning stove making the house very cosy. We really appreciated the supply of wood during our stay as the evenings were cool/cold. The pool is also lovely and well maintained but was rather refreshing (in October) but we braved it! We would all highly recommend this place for a gathering of family and friends. The beds were very comfortable and there are plenty of showers and loos. Cooking facilities are really good for preparing meals which we enjoyed around the large dining table. There is everything needed for a truly relaxing and memorable holiday. This is clearly a loved family home and we appreciated the pictures, books and tasteful furnishings. Highly recommended!

Fab place, great social spaces for our group. The location was gorgeous. Lisa was very accommodating and let us check in two hours early and communicated well throughout. We all enjoyed our stay at the house and thought it was very reasonably priced. The parking area is very tight behind the gate if you’re driving a large people carrier, so takes a little while to park, but still serves its function well. A neighbour dealt with us during our stay - only speaks French - so good to keep this in mind if you don’t have a member / speak French yourself. Luckily one of our party spoke French, so it was fine. The neighbour wasn’t very warm but definitely didn’t take away from a beautiful place in a gorgeous village and a great stay. It was clean, the pool and games were fab, and the BBQ was brilliant. Definitely recommend the local cafe / pub for drinks in the evening too, it’s gorgeous!

Excellent séjour en Ardèche dans ce logement très agréable, bien aménagé et équipé. Les extérieurs sont très sympa, les intérieurs très pratique, la séparation en 3 logements indépendants apporte du confort, et le tout bien situé avec un accueil chaleureux et agréable ! Merci !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans un cadre magnifique. Le logement est très bien équipé et décoré avec soin. Le gros point fort est la vue ainsi que la piscine. Le propriétaire est disponible. Nous recommandons vivement.

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end en famille. Le gîte était très agréable, chacun avait son espace, la cuisine est spacieuse et adaptée. L espace extérieur est vraiment agréable et permet un agréable moment à plusieurs. Merci aux hôtes.
