Great 2 bedroom 2 bath, beach cottage with a modern contemporary flare. Open concept to allow a spacious feel with all the amenities to feel at home. This unit was completely gutted and redone, so any reviews prior to May 2022 were about the older unit prior to the major remodel. We loved staying at Coral Cottage! This was literally the most well-stocked and carefully thought out Air BNB we have ever stayed at. Garnet Hill sheets, extra paper towels, and glass tupperware, just to give you an idea. Place was sparkling clean and modern. We loved the location (can’t go wrong on Balboa), and we loved sitting outside on the patio and walking to town. My husband and I felt like we had our own mini vacation with the kids in their own little place. Thanks for a great week!

Charming Oceanfront Cottage w/ Large Patio!

A charming 280sq ft cottage. Everything was clean and looked exactly like the photos. Obviously it isn’t a new property and the age shows, however there is a lot of charm in that too. Beachview Rentals was extremely responsive and all the small “issues” that arose during our stay were handled promptly. Due to the size and location of the property it was less private than we hoped. However, the patio was absolutely amazing. It was fun to people-watch. I would recommend this property for a nice getaway weekend.

Carol was an amazing host. The home had everything we needed for a wonderful family vacation. The decor was beautiful. The bedding was luxurious. The house was clean. We were walking distance to the water, the ferry, and a darling downtown filled with fun shops, restaurants and bars. Everything was perfect!
