About 1 km from the cottage is the central community where Tiveden's country store with restaurant section is located. Relax at the farmhouse that dates back to the 16th century, and is located on the beautiful peninsula of Södra Råda in southeastern Värmland, which is located on Lake Skagern. Our cows are outside all year round and live as naturally as possible. Here you have proximity to both swimming and nature. If you want to go out fishing or just row for a little while, there is a rowboat to borrow. Only 7 km away, you can see the salmon spawning in Oct-Nov. Ribbingsfors Golf Course is 10 km away. Various shops 8 km.

Newly-equipped house with its own bay and rowboat

Lovely vacation home for those who like animals and nature! Here you can fish, swim, hike and cycle. In the nearby area, there are several nature reserves as well as hiking and biking trails. You have access to a simple rowing boat (life jackets can be borrowed) and your own swimming cove or you can borrow our jetty where you can dive or fish. We are located between Örebro and Karlskoga in Norhammar. Towels and sheets are not included. For an additional cost, they can be rented from the host.

Apartment on a farm in the beautiful countryside

This apartment is part of a converted row of workers’ cottages on our farm, which is situated on the edge of the Kilsbergen mountain range, 2 kilometres south of the village of Mullhyttan. Parts of the apartment is newly renovated and contains everything you will need for staying. In the surrounding countryside there are beautiful walking paths. The local bus stops 250 metres from the front door. You will find a lovely lake for swimming 4 kilometres away,and the large town Örebro 40 km away.

At one of the highest points in old Askersund is Villa Klippan and separately on the property you will find this exclusively furnished guest room. The cottage is 4 km outside Sjötorp and 10 km outside Lyrestad. There is a possibility to get there by bicycle. Göta Canal runs through both communities where there are also cafés, grocery stores, restaurants, swimming areas and museums In the pictures, you can also see the nice Sjötorp, which is 10 minutes away by bike. A perfect cabin for hunters, outdoor enthusiasts or for those who are on the road. There are also bicycles for rent.

Skagern Lake House

A lake house above average, the house was built in 2020. The house is located in a small neighbourhood area, there is also a newly built loft in a building next to the lake house which will be available to rent as well. The loft has space for 2 people, with access to a double bed, without toilet and water. This will accessible in the original lake house. We do not accept animals in the house.
