Best suited for short term stays. Suite 1 is part of our house. It has its own entrance, and consists of a bedroom, a small bathroom, kitchenette (kettle, toaster, bar fridge, microwave - not suitable for cooking full meals), and sitting area on front verandah. 20 mins bus ride to the centre of Perth. A self contained studio located in a North Western suburb, Duncraig. Guests have a separate access to the studio and parking on premises. The studio is a brand new, modern, open planned space, seperate to the main house. It has a full kitchen, bathroom with shower and laundry facilities. It has a queen bed and sleeper couch (portacot available on request). Please also note that we have a friendly Labrador on site.
