My family and I stayed at Casablanca for a week and we had a wonderful time! We loved how close we were to the beach! Everything was just as described and felt right at home. We hope to be back soon.

We absolutely loved our quiet stay at the High Garden! The beautifully decorated space had everything we needed and more! Drinks and snacks, board games, very nice bikes and beach gear, and an exquisitely comfy bed... Mark and Sheryl thought of everything! The property gardens were spectacular and we enjoyed our peaceful mornings having coffee on the patio. Just a short walk to Carolina Beach and a 20 minute drive to historic Wilmington, this was a perfect location for us. Thank you, Mark and Sheryl, you were wonderful hosts! We will definitely be back.

We loved our stay. It is so convenient to the beach. It was great to have a place for our beach stuff in the closet downstairs! It may not be a major amenity, but having a filtered water pitcher was awesome! Thank you for this! We can’t wait to come back again! Pro tip: If you go to Inlet View Restaurant, order appetizers from the bar on the first floor. No wait! You can order apps downstairs only, but they have 2 pages to choose from.

Beautiful place! The decor and overall aesthetic was so well done and picturesque. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Within walking distance to a lot of restaurants, stores, a park, and ice cream shops. Directions were clear and easy and it was nice to know that only the people that were staying in the complex had access to the pool and beach. Great stay and very kind management!

We enjoyed our stay! Beautiful quiet place with an easy walk to the beach. Check in was very easy and Libby was a great host! We will definitely visit again.

Great place and great location. A lot of nice coffee shops, resturants, and bars. The Oak Pavillion was a close walk so no need to spend money on a ride share app. Bathroom had great water pressure and the laundry unit being right there was nice to warm a towel for post-shower. Parking was a little confusing but Ann st next to the church after the median on 3rd st was free parking. It was 3 blocks away uphill but parking was safe there the whole time and all amenities were close so you can leave your car and walk most everywhere. Great place to stay if you're visiting wilmington or (like we did) going to a concert.

Clean, comfortable, quiet. Lovely high ceiling rooms and the A/C was great. It is run by a vacation rental company - meaning it felt less like a home and more like a hotel. Plenty of towels in the bathrooms. Beds were comfy. Ceiling fans kept air circulating. Kitchen was mostly equipped but was missing some items. Poor weather kept us cooped up so we cooked a lot of meals for ourselves, there were no supplies for handwashing our dishes. There was a coffee maker and filters but no coffee. Someone left coffee beans in the cupboard, but there’s no grinder. Coffee shop downstairs was barely adequate, but I’m a bit of a snob. A number of light bulbs need to be replaced in the unit (living room lamp, over stove light, main bathroom shower ceiling fixture, both night lights). Overall a nice place but could use a little maintenance attention. Location is terrific right in the heart of town. Having a washer/dryer in the unit was a nice bonus.

Fantastic Airbnb! I’m so glad I booked here, I’ve been itching for a TRUE beach vacation and this was IT! Less than 5 minutes walk from the beach, which is also dog friendly , absolutely amazing experience, kind people, will stay again in the future

We had a wonderful stay! The place looks exactly like the pics. Nice comfortable beds with great quality linens. Plenty of hot water for the four of us. We didn’t cook, but plenty of kitchen ware if you want to. They even had beach chairs and an umbrella and beach towels. Others have commented on noise. I’m a light sleeper and was never bothered. Beach is very short walk. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Sarah was a wonderful host! My husband and I had not visited Carolina Beach in many years. We enjoyed our quick get away for our anniversary. We love spending time in the beach community, being near the water, hearing the ocean waves and the views. However due to health reasons, I’m not able to tolerate a lot of sun exposure with laying on the beach. Which made Sarah’s condo the perfect place for us! The condo was nicely decorated , very clean and had everything we needed. Sarah was very responsive and communicated very well. I spent alot time on the patio/deck enjoying the ocean views and listening to the waves. We will definitely book again and I would recommend to others.

We visited Wilmington for a concert at Live Oak Bank Pavilion. We enjoyed the restaurants and shops close by. Loved the view. Slept comfortably in the king bed. We would definitely stay here again. Oh, and the host is very responsive and helpful.

This was a great stay, the house was very clean and nice, the description was accurate and had everything we were looking for. Shad was very helpful for anything we needed and gave good instructions for everything. This was also a great location, just two streets down from a beach strand so we were even able to walk when we didn’t feel like driving and just a 5-10 minute drive from stores, restaurant or anywhere else you might want to go.

Great place, beach house energy!! Walkable to the beach, nice dock at the end of the road. Close to great restaurants and still convenient to Holden & Southport (25-30 min drive) we went to both for dinner. Also has great amenities with the beach equipment they have for guest, helped us as we didn’t come fully prepared as we normally do! Johnny (their Pup) was a sweet touch to say hey to when he was out with his people, the hostess, whom are both very friendly!!!! :) I’d recommend this house to anyone to stay at!

We love staying at vintage beach houses that are not your usual cookie-cutter type of places that are so common. I love that this house was built by family. You can feel the love, history, and general good vibes in this house. Laura was very helpful and generous with answering all my questions, which I really appreciated! We loved sitting on the back porch (feels like a treehouse!) and watching the birds in the morning and the sunset over the marsh in the evening. It’s a short and straightforward drive to the beach and a very pleasant do-able walk (just over a mile) if you want to get some extra steps in. Laura has everything you need for the beach - chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, wagon. Beds and furniture were very comfy and we felt right at home at Laura’s place! Thank you, Laura, Brian, and Melissa for a wonderful stay!

Our stay was great! We arrived in town early and Tina was able to let us check in early which was a huge help! The space was perfect for our needs and we loved sitting outside on the balcony overlooking the beach throughout the day!

Beautiful condo. Very clean and updated. My family had a great time and the host was excellent. Everything was so well thought out (well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels and a full closet of beach essentials) Thanks for a wonderful stay!!

Was promised beach and awesome location and beach was what we got! Awesome sunrises, great views! We watched dolphins frolic in the surf. The home was away from noise and hustle and bustle. There were beach chairs, kites, some beach toys. It was what we needed!

Mimi’s place was great. Her place was extremely clean, very well stocked and the posted notes were a bonus. She was an amazing host, very responsive and gave great restaurant recommendations. I would definitely book this place again.

We absolutely loved our stay! Lisa is a great host and she made us feel very welcomed! The place was clean, cozy, and had everything you could possibly need during your stay, from various tea flavors to beach chairs. The area is very quiet and beautiful, only a short drive to historic downtown and about 15 minutes to Wrightsville Beach. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Wilmington! An adorable beach bungalow perfect for a couple's getaway! Very clean and with all the amenities you could need for a trip to Oak Island. Short walk to the beach via public access point, and great restaurants and coffee shop - all within walking distance. Hot tub is a nice added feature! Owner very responsive to any question we might have. Thank you so much for your hospitality!

Great location and condo, but although it’s on the ocean, it isn’t decorated beachy at all. Could be a condo anywhere. But when you open the sliding doors and step out on the balcony, the waves and seagulls wash it all away!
