Beautiful place literally across the street from the beach! Quiet neighborhood and a walkable distance to the boardwalk with tons of shops and fantastic restaurants. The host was very responsive and helpful! Loved our stay here

Perfect, old-school beach getaway! We loved parking ourselves on the “lifeguard stand built for two” and just watching: the waves, the wildlife, the surfers, the sky…soooo relaxing and just what we needed to unwind for a few days. We loved the laid back vibe of the place and the hosts!

We spent a beautiful and relaxing week at Wendy & Jeff's Seascape. The place is EXACTLY like the photos, the view from the balcony is a dream!! Waking up to the ocean sounds every morning is something we will never forget. The apartment is very well-stocked with all the items you need to enjoy the beach, clean up afterward (lots of hot water and good shower pressure!) and cook a delicious meal (plenty of kitchen gadgets). Very easy to walk around the neighborhood, up to the pier for quick eats, or less than a mile to the little mini-mart. Parking is easy. Area is safe. The pool area across the street was clean and fun too! The hosts gave excellent, clear instructions for arrival/departure and even checked in on us via the app during our stay. Sara is a phenomenal host. Her place was as described and beautifully decorated. We felt right at home. The kitchen is well stocked but the local restaurants, so many within easy walking distance, were too tempting to resist. The furnishings were all comfortable, including the bed, which was much appreciated. If you have stayed at an airbnb with a cheap mattress, you will understand my relief. We enjoyed coffee on the balcony and watching the boats sail by. After breakfast at The Drift Coffee + Kitchen (awesome avocado toast) we set a goal to explore the entire Riverwalk and it was easily done, even in the June heat. Whether boat tours, historical home tours, horse drawn carriage rides, or shopping are on your list, Sara's condo is centrally located and very convenient. So much so, once we parked our car, we didn't need it again until we were ready to leave. And as an additional convenience, the complementary parking pass was so helpful. We look forward to another stay.

My partner and I booked this place for our 1 yr anniversary and Debi and Peter were such rockstar hosts. We had zero issues locating or entering the space and the space was spotless. Beach front view was unbelievably amazing and we couldn’t believe how lovely it was to hear waves crashing 24/7. It’s was so kind of them to have items such as beach chairs and umbrellas for the beach. Very thoughtful. Overall a 5 star experience and we’ll be back.

My family and I enjoyed our weekend at Skipper’s place. It was a nice area in a wonderful friendly neighborhood. The walk to the beach wasn’t very long and the place had all the amenities you could need. Would recommend to a couple staying in the area!

What a great location that checked all the boxes for our stay. Beach, restaurants were in walking distance or just a short ride away. We would definitely come back to Erin's place if in the area.

Everything was great. Very clean and had everything we needed. The microwave is in a bad place. It would be better on the counter. Beds were very comfortable.

The perfect place for our family of 4 with a 3 year old and a 6 week old. The place was beautifully updated and had everything we needed. Southport was a great vacation spot, right on the water and just 10 min from beach access. The area was nice and quiet! Jared was a fast responder and constantly checked in on us to ensure we were enjoying our stay.

Beautiful property with direct access to the beach. Spotless interior with a well appointed kitchen and incredibly comfortable beds. We've stayed at dozens of Air BnBs and this one is fantastic! Communication with host was excellent. Highly recommend this property.

We absolutely loved our stay at POSH! Location is incredible and the easiest quick walk to the beach (just across the street is the beach access). House is exactly as described and perfect for family gatherings - multiple fridges and dishwashers. The home was clean and well equipped. The private pool was great as well. Kerry was so responsive and kind. We will absolutely be rebooking this property again!

Peaceful Beach Getaway in Carolina Beach I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Carolina Beach. The location was absolutely perfect—just a short walk from the beach, but tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. It was the ideal spot to unwind and disconnect. Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. I especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere—it made for a relaxing escape from the busyness of daily life. If you’re looking for a calm, coastal retreat with a great location, I highly recommend this place. I’d definitely love to come back again!

We had an excellent stay at Kristen’s home. Kristen gave us great information regarding:the ferry and the process of getting to and from BHI. The home was spacious and private. We had fun exploring the island by golf cart! Can’t wait to come back!

This Enchanted Retreat really is both! What a gorgeous house and property - well-built and spacious, with so many thoughtful touches, from the hammock to the giant Connect 4 game to the fire table on the porch. Swift and well-maintained golf carts. Absolutely wonderful kitchen with lots of amenities and plenty of dishes for cooking big celebratory meals. And the porch! I could live there, honestly. So peaceful and serene. We loved everything about it, with the small exception of one of the bedrooms (the crofter), which is smaller than we'd thought. We were planning on sleeping two adults in two separate beds up there, but was not possible - would have blocked bathroom door. However, there are two giant couches and two of our friends slept there just fine; very comfortable. Even with 11 people, we all still felt like we had plenty of space!

Melanie and was wonderful host and the house was perfect for our family. It was better than the photos. We loved having coffee on the porch and watching the wildlife(squirrels, cardinals and deer). Great location! We would definately stay there again.

Bald Head Island is pure gold, and this place is terrific. Spacious, excellent location, and very kid-friendly. We hope to return to Emmet Place and BHI soon!

This condo has a homey and comfortable vibe and is nicely furnished and tastefully decorated. The kitchen is well equipped, the bath towels etc are high quality and the air conditioning is terrific. Also, it is just a stone’s throw from the ocean, so not only is the view amazing but the sound of the ocean is wonderful. The balcony is spacious and nicely furnished. And, last but not least, Linda is a friendly, gracious and welcoming host.

Perfect location! Just a few steps to the beach on a coded private walkway. Within easy walkable distance to the boardwalk for us & our small dog. Britts donuts has always been one of my favorite places! Condo was very clean. The king bed was really comfy. Amanda messaged after we checked in to make sure everything was going good & that we didn't have any issues with anything. I would highly recommend this condo.

We absolutely loved our week at Anne’s condo. It was not only beautifully decorated, but also very cozy and comfortable. Our favorite place to hang out was on the deck overlooking the beach and pool. The kitchen was amazing. Everything we needed was right there. The beds were so comfortable. Anne was extremely helpful in every way. She answered all my questions and provided lots of great helpful hints about where to visit and eat. It was an awesome first visit to Ocean Isle Beach and definitely not our last.

We have stayed here a few times and have always had a great experience! Anne is very responsive and always friendly. The place is well equipped and comfortably accommodates our family of five. Definitely recommend!

Denise has thought of everything. Her condo is absolutely perfect, a very private and peaceful place. The pictures are accurate and in person it’s even better. My best friend and I have been going on beach trips for 9 years, so we have seen many beach houses. We know what we want and we FINALLY found one we are returning to next year for our 10th to celebrate 40 years of friendship. I can’t think of a better place for it. ♥️ Denise is very detailed with YOUR experience. She has literally thought of all your needs and the home is emasculate. I cannot say enough about this GEM. It was clean, modern, stocked and comfortable. The view was AMAZING. The privacy was incredible. A total reset from “adulting”. I cannot say enough except STAY HERE, STOP LOOKING! The condo was just and pictured and described. I appreciated the nice gas stove and well stocked kitchen since we cook all our meals instead of eating out. We spent a lot of time relaxing on the covered front porch watching all the activity on the main road. The beach was uncrowded and a very short walk away. Really appreciated the beach tent and chairs that were in the garage.

This location and property is fantastic! Ryan has many more nice amenities than listed in the description. The back deck is awesome - my favorite place of the week (except for the beach). Coffee and watching the sunrise on the deck each morning was so nice!
