Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Balearic Islands

We really enjoyed our stay in Kisten's beautiful house. The house was absolutely perfect for our group of 12 people and a small child. The garden with the pool area and the outdoor kitchen were the absolute best but the whole house is fantastic. Robbie, who looks after the house and garden, was nice and helpful and we are super happy with our trip.

The apartment was in a beautiful setting, looked exactly if not better than the pictures. Hosts were always very responsive! The apartment was also fully equipped with everything you could need which made it so easy to cook at home etc. Would love to return back!

We had a lovely week i Soller. The house is spacious and beautifully appointed. Each room had it’s own bathroom, which allowed for privacy. The kitchen has everything you need to make meals — we made a crepe breakfast and a paella dinner. We loved the garden and we sat out on the upstairs terrace to watch the sunset. We loved walking through the town to the plaza to enjoy meals and drinks and watch children play in the plaza. We also enjoyed going to the beach at the Port and walking to the next town over. The house was a wonderful respite from the busy town. We are hopeful fon a return visit! We recommend mapping to the football stadium and/or then to the school that is directly across the street from the home — in order to avoid driving through the busy center. A small car is definitely best. We had a medium-size Peugeot and had 2 or 3 issues getting in and out of the driveway because parents park up and down the street to drop off and pick up their children.

We had a nice stay at the villa. We were allowed to leave our suitcases a little earlier, which was very pleasant for us. We had contact with Tito's father and he was very nice. The rooms were clean and so were the beds. In the bathroom we only came across hair from our predecessors and in the kitchen it was also not completely clean. In the garden, it was also quite a mess. So that was unfortunate. Despite that, we had a pleasant stay.

We really loved this multi-layered villa. Steps and interesting alcoves with plants lead from the street down to the main level with a kitchen, sitting area and two bedrooms, down again to the two other bedrooms, and then down again to a sun deck with the jacuzzi. The sea is reachable by jumping in further down the cliff or via the restaurant just below (which is expensive but quite good.) The view is other worldly. If you book this place, load up with groceries and drinks at a big supermarket (unavailable in Deia) and then make your way to Cala Deia. The road down and parking for a large vehicle (for us a 9 seater van) is a bit too adventurous, but the villa and cove are absolutely worth it. The place is well appointed, apart from beds and pillows which are mediocre, but in total the owner’s family has really put together a unique, thoughtful, and inspiring place. Well done!

What an incredible place this is! If you are looking for a beautiful and peaceful place with a wonderful view, look no further! The host Mendi warmly welcomes you upon arrival and gives you a tour of the house, but let you continue to celebrate in peace holidays (although he is always available if you have any questions). Furthermore, I have never had such an extensive kitchen in an Airbnb (that makes me very happy as a hobby chef), and if you still miss something, Mendi was always willing to lend you something. The pool terrace is also beautiful, and from the end of the morning it has sun all day. Perfect for people who want to spend a day at the beach, but otherwise want to tan in an oasis of peace. The donkeys complete your view! We also liked that you had French doors on each side of the house, each with its own terrace with a separate purpose (swimming pool, BBQ, kitchen, terrace). As a result, everything was very nicely in contact with each other, even if you did other activities.

Everything about our stay at this beautiful little cottage was wonderful. The hosts have clearly put so much thought & effort into creating a comfortable, stunning place where you are able to unwind in total peace and quiet. The garden was beautiful, with superlative views. We loved the thoughtfulness of the different seating areas, and the outdoor shower was marvellous! The planting in the garden was perfect simplicity with agapanthus, Gaura and geraniums lighting it up with prettiness. Really big and comfy bed, so we slept incredibly well after long hikes in the mountains and along the coastline each day. The kitchen is well kitted out and we made the most of the BBQ in the evenings. The location is perfect for reaching great hikes, and its quick & easy drive to Port Soller. The restaurants in Fornalutx are fantastic (great cocktails too!). Toni met us late at night & guided us up the windy little road, which is an adventure in itself (don’t hire a big long car!). Just perfect!

It was a very good experience to stay in this apartment, despite being small, the 2 rooms, it has a spacious bathroom and the bedroom with a large storage space. Everything was clean and stocked (condiments, water, coffee) when we arrived. The whole building is very neat, clean and has an elevator! Thank you, we had an excellent stay!

It is a beautiful accommodation, which is quietly located and yet everything in the village can be easily reached on foot. In 5 minutes you are in the harbor where there is also the possibility to go swimming. Everything you need is available in the apartment, we felt very comfortable.

We had a lovely long weekend in Ibiza. The apartment is very central, close to restaurants, Bars, shops and harbour. The apartment was very tidy and equipped with the all the necessities including shower gel and shampoo. Marina is a super host, responsive, provides clear instructions and is proactive. I will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our stay at Neil and Julie’s place and especially the little quaint town of Fornalutx! It’s truly a hidden gem! Highly recommend that you have a small car, the roads are very narrow like everyone says. People drive nuts too. Recommend you get the extra insurance too. Trust me. We were able to drive to many places and it’s a 10 min drive to Solier port where we went mostly. We rented a boat twice we loved it so much! A must do is to park at the port then take the train up into the town of Solier which drops you off in town where there’s shopping and lots of great food. Neil was a great host, we had everything we needed for our 6 day stay. The building is about 300 yrs old, and has so much charm. It is one block off the main strip so you do have to walk up some stairs and a cobblestone hill to get to it but worth the exercise. We went to all of the restaurants and liked them all. There’s a little market too for fresh veggies, food and everything you need. Loved it!

Great stay at this property. The apartment is clean, well located and as described. The host was available and responsive, which made check-in and check-out very easy. I recommend it without hesitating!

Beautiful apartment, furnished with care, very clean and equipped with all the necessary things for a pleasant stay. Quiet area, with excellent restaurants that can be reached on foot and a beautiful view of the sea. The perfect base for visiting Menorca! Anthony was an exceptional host, friendly and always ready to give us advice and suggestions. We will definitely be back!

We chose this lovely place for the second time because of the great location, the great terrace and proximity to the beach, restaurants and shops. Toni welcomed us very hospitably, was always available and above all it made it possible for us to check in much earlier. We will be back for sure, provided that the apartment becomes available. We can recommend the property to everyone!

Perfect location with a fantastic view. Airbnb is exactly as it looks in the photos. The balcony is great and somehow has some shade all day long, making it easy to enjoy the views without getting roasted by the sun. Beautiful beach right outside the door, and the Airbnb has two beach loungers and umbrellas. Perfect for front row enjoyment of the crystal clear water! Irina was very responsive. Lots of nice restaurants within walking distance. Kitchen has all the dishes you could want, plus new appliances. The sofa bed in the living room is very comfortable. The sofa bed in the bedroom has a dip in the mattress, so not as comfortable. I would stay here again.

What a beautiful clean,tidy apartment. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived, everything was as it was explained to us. The view from the balcony is magnificent, how I enjoyed sitting having my coffee ☕️ there. If you are looking for an apartment with everything this is the one . We were sorry to be leaving and will be back wouldn't stay anywhere else it so convenient to shop, beach restaurants. Thank you Loli Y Marga for having us in your beautiful apartment ❤️

We had a nice 4 night stay here. The beach is an easy 15-20 minute walk on flat ground. Lots of souvenir shops and restaurants in the area. Lots of free parking around the apartment. Really nice pool. Quiet and peaceful. Nothing to complain about

Lovely stay at Siano's apartment. As described with great space on balcony . Walking distance to sandy beach with beds. Umbrella and beach towels provided. Slight problem with shower on second day, Siano responded and rectified immediately. Plus brought strawberries, peaches and nectarines from his garden. Book with recommendations very helpful. Will return in the future.

The location was great and within walking distance of local shops, cafes and the town centre. The accommodation itself was spacious, light and airy, comfortable, well equipped, and with great views towards the mountains. The town of Sóller is lovely and well located to other parts of the island via public transport, and the tram to the Port of Soller is a great experience, so too the train journey through the mountains to Palma.

Sea view apartment with balcony and good facilities. The apartment has an east side and sunshine until noon. The air conditioning was an advantage. The location is very good for excursions all over the island. Two beach coves are within walking distance of the apartment, including a promenade. Palmanova has many small shops and restaurants and Palma can be reached in about 25 minutes by car.
