Defneland owes its name to the more than 500 laurel trees that grow here, on our fully fenced 5000 m2 land also grow an extensive variety of trees, herbs and spices.

Valinor Apartments are located in 14 acres of olive grove, completely surrounded by greenery, peaceful and 900 meters from the beach, away from the noise and city crowds.Valinor Balikliova Apartments offers a total of 6 beautifully furnished units. Choose from our 1+1 or 2+1 options. Accommodating 4 and 6 people respectively, each apartment has a private kitchen, bathroom and balcony. Enjoy the convenience of a central washing machine and dryer.

Quiet, peaceful villa with sea view and Jacuzzi

The independent villa with 2.5 floors, 4 rooms, 4 double beds, 1 single bed and a 200 m2 garden in the front part of the site with sea view belongs entirely to our guests. There is a fireplace-type stove, radiator heater and air conditioning in the winter months. Although the site has its own beach, it is 5-10 minutes by car from the best bays of the region (Manal, Ayıbalığı, Korsan Beach, Ardıç Beach, Beyaz Kayalar).

Our house is 20 minutes away from Alaçatı and Urla. It is a detached stone villa with a garden, 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms. It is 19 minutes from Ildırı beaches and is located in the very center of the settlement.☺️
