A beautiful old home with high ceilings renovated into this century. A master fit for a queen with equally delightful double room and single room. Located in central Ballarat with in walking distance to many cafes, Lake Wendouree, sporting facilities and public transport. This home is family friendly with full cooking, washing and bathroom. (there is no bath but I can supply a baby bath on request} All beds have elctric blankets and heaters in each room. Unlimited access to wi fi and Netflix.

The Cottage @ Hedges is an easy 10 minute drive from the centre of Ballarat. The cottage sits within a pretty country garden about 20 metres from my home on a small rural property. Close to parklands, Lake Wendouree, art galleries, wineries and lots of great cafes and restaurants. The Ballarat-Skipton Railtrail is just 300 metres away - perfect for quiet country walks and cyclists. It is comfortable inside and out with plenty of shady spots to sit in the garden.

A private, shady, summer getaway for two.

Ruby is a clean, comfortable tiny house. A little oasis in a beautiful garden. Great for a cosy winter escape on your own or with your favorite person. Located only 10 mins walk from the city centre and all that Ballarat has to offer. Walking distance to all the pubs and restaurants that are in the centre. The house is adorable and I hope you’ll love staying here. Come and enjoy a stay in Ruby. Please no check-ins after 10pm.
