Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Ballard

Diane's Nottage was the best Airbnb I've stayed in recently - I am a clean freak, and this place did not disappoint! The ample counter space in the bathroom was a pleasure, as was the big, new shower and comfy living area. She clearly labeled all of the light switches which was a huge help. I loved the backyard garden and the overall layout of the Nottage - It felt so private and safe. I now want more reasons to visit SLO so I can book Diane's home again!!

We had a very lovely stay in the apartment. The building was so interesting, with lots of history in the neighborhood. The apartment was spacious for the 2 of us. What little time we spent there was perfect for us. There were lots of streaming options, the kitchen was small but easy to work in and the bed was super comfortable! There was a white noise machine which was a nice touch, We did not use it but great idea. Our stay was focused on fairground events so this was very convenient to that as well as the train, the historic pier and restaurants, the beach, etc - all between 5-10 minutes away. There was a Vons market and CVS very close by for stocking up. All to say it was a very convenient location. There is a secured parking spot in the building which is also great. David was super responsive and helpful. There are some parks and trails nearby, sadly we did not have time to explore but if we go to Ventura again, I would definitely stay here.

Die Wohnung war super, wir waren zubzweit auf einer Geschäftsreise. alles war wie beschrieben, die Lage gut. Ganz in der Nähe gibt es ein hervorragendes Café und Rösterei, The Dune. Wichtig zu wissen, das Haus ist schon älter, d.h. es ist nicht mit einem modernen Hotel vergleichbar. Es ist eher wie eine Ferienwohnung. die Einrichtung ist toll und mit viel Liebe ausgewählt. ich würde die Einrichtung als old school beschreiben. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt und können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen!!!!

Sherry was one of the best airbnb hosts I ever experienced, she really went above and beyond to ensure we had a great trip. The unit was very clean and well-equipped. The living/dining area was somewhat on the small side, so I wouldn't recommend for more than 2 adults and a child, but it worked great for us! Would absolutely stay here again. Location is very convenient, and there is a really nice walking trail in the open space behind the property. We had a great time in SLO!

We had a great time at Landon & Evie’s place in Ventura! We stayed one night and hope to stay longer next time! Apartment was very nice and as described! Great location and walking distance to Main Street , restaurants , coffee , bars and beach! Place was clean, spacious and very comfortable! Apartment building was very quiet and peaceful! Landon & Evie were friendly, accommodating , welcoming and had great communication! We love Ventura and are exited to find a great place to stay when we are visiting! Thank you Landon & Evie for letting us stay at your special place!

I only booked the studio apartment for a night to have somewhere to shower and sleep mid road trip. I was soooo bummed I didn’t have more days there to enjoy it!!! The unit was actually a little more spacey than I expected (they made very clear this space was for one person). I’m weird when places have questionable linens/towels or they smell funky. The towels smelled so fresh, and the whole place was very clean. The space has beautiful features, felt modern but still cozy. Loved having the full fridge, that was very convenient. There are many units in the building but it felt private and I never heard anyone else. It’s a dreamy place with a lovely patio on the most adorable street. I will absolutely be returning with more time to spend and would recommend!

We loved our 2 night stay in this charming apartment with its overgrown flowering entry, bubbling fountain, cozy interior, and proximity to the heart of town. Parking was easy. The clawfoot tub was a smidge hard to shower in with the handheld shower only able to rest on the low spout tap, but our expectations of historic had been set appropriately. We were thankful for the floor fan during the heat of the day when we came back for siesta. The bed filled the bedroom but there was plenty of space to spread our items out in the sitting room. We didn’t end up needing the kitchen but appreciated the mini fridge and extra sink. Thank you!

Austin had great communication from the start and really easy check-in and check-out process. The space was clean, welcoming and had everything we needed. It was perfect for the 4 of us cozy space to regroup after our conference everyday - to eat around a table and chill out at night. We'd definitely stay there again!

We were in Los Alamos for my daughter's wedding at the Maker's Son. The location of the Centennial House was perfect, it was just a short walk to the venue. The house was absolutely gorgeous, and Kat's attention to detail is evident throughout. I would absolutely stay here again. Thank you for helping our family experience a beautiful weekend!

Great location for us. The bed was very comfortable. The room comes with all the details shown and then some. Plenty of outlets. Lizzy’s detailed instructions were very helpful. Easy to find and convenient.

Julie’s place is amazing!!! Better than expected. College friend reunion. We really enjoyed the pool and the yoga studio and outdoor area. Julie is a delight!

I cannot say enough great things about both the home and the information and responsiveness that Todd & Jodi provided during our stay. We were fortunate to find their place available at the last minute and could not have been more pleased with the experience. Home was beautiful and on a great piece of land, peaceful, quiet and convenient. We felt right at home, almost better than right at home, which was the whole purpose of our visit. Beds, bathrooms, kitchen and all the accessories of the home were top notch. All the recommendations and help in finding last minute winery visits and dinner reservations were incredibly helpful as well. We will be back.

We had a perfect romantic weekend in Santa Barbara, and this place made it truly special. The space was beautifully decorated with great style—spacious, full of natural light, cozy, quiet, and incredibly comfortable. It had everything we needed, from thoughtful amenities to a warm, inviting atmosphere. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to East Beach, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. Our host, Jane, was fantastic—responsive, kind, and full of helpful suggestions for local restaurants. She made everything easy from start to finish. We’d absolutely stay here again!

Such a beautiful large condo Great location and Terri was so kind and helpful. Had access to e bike which was so fun. Hot tub was relaxing and really enjoyed having an outdoor warm shower after going to the beach. Loved this spot and would definitely stay here again!

My wife and I spent a weekend at Eileen’s and all I can say is, it was one of the best experiences I’ve had on AirBnB. Eileen was super helpful and responsive, sent clear instructions, the place was exactly what we were hoping it would be, and Carpinteria is a beautiful town, wonderful people. We cannot recommend Eileen’s place strongly enough!

Hi David and Tammy, this is Art Burgos - finally got back home, I didn't bring my laptop (glad to get away from it) Had a wonderful time your home is beautiful my wife and I walked to the beach and dinner, my wife was happy to see a fireplace (we have 3 fireplaces in our home) One thing I might suggest was to consider installing is a 1 hour timer on your fireplace instead of a switch - we were good and only used it a short time before bed, Ihave one in my bedroom and love that I don't have to get up to shut it off - I did not contact house cleaning, I recently had to purchase a new phone and made this reservation on my computer

10/10 amazing place! My family and I loved it as soon as we walked in. Very beautiful, clean, and a cool experience. Our plan to go to the beach went away and all we wanted to do was to stay at the house. So cozy and relaxing. Felt we were inside a magazine! A dream vacation and stay. Beds were comfortable, everything was working, plenty of towel, walkable to shops and beach, the rooftop was so fun and cool! Nothing bad to say about this place and in fact we want to come back! Thank you Courtney for being an amazing host!

This was our third stay at this beautiful Pismo Beach condo, and it truly feels like our home away from home. It’s become our favorite spot for our annual summer trip, and each time we return, it somehow gets even better. We noticed a few thoughtful updates since our last visit, and everything was just perfect. The view from the dining and living room is so stunning, we never even feel the need to go out for dinner—we’d rather enjoy every sunset right here. The place is fully stocked with everything you could need, making it easy and comfortable for our little family of four. We already can’t wait to come back!

This place was great. We took our granddaughter for her 8th graduation, her brother and 3 cousins. It was close to town and the beach that we could walk. Charlotte was very responsive and friendly. Cannot wait to stay there again, in fact my husband is hoping we can book it for next June.
