Holiday rentals with a patio in Ballater

Had a lovely few days at Evelyn’s place. Clear instructions on how to find and enter the property. The property itself was immaculate, and in a great location, peaceful and a short walk into the centre of Pitlochry. On street parking was always available. Would recommend and will definitely be back 😊

We had a 2 night stay at Little Rosslyn with our dog Benji. It was like a home from home, peaceful & comfortable & with everything we needed. Plenty of walks near by & Airntully dog park a short drive away. The home made cookies were delicious & fresh milk.

A great stay for a short family trip. The flat is a lower ground floor basement flat but doesn’t lack light and is spotlessly clean inside. Great location, close to the town centre and local immunities. Cannot fault our stay. We had a couple of small issues that were resolved quickly and without any fuss.

We had a fantastic stay at Stacy/Gregs place! It’s a peaceful, scenic spot that gave us (and our dogs) the perfect break from the hustle and bustle. The property was spacious, spotless, and really well set up for dog owners. The private courtyard was a standout feature—fully secure and perfect for letting the dogs enjoy some fresh air safely. The bed was super comfy too, which made for a great night’s sleep after a day of exploring the area. Stacy was a brilliant host—friendly, responsive, and clearly thoughtful about both two- and four-legged guests. We’d come back in a heartbeat and highly recommend.

What a perfect place to stay. Carol has provided everything you could possibly need in this bijou apartment. Spotless, peaceful and comfy with lovely evening walks in the sunset, this is the perfect base to explore the beautiful fishing villages of Moray and Aberdeenshire and watch the wildlife. Parking right outside the door , amazing heating and all mod cons. Just what you hope for from an AirBnb

Mary’s accommodation was absolutely pristine and so comfortable. She has thought of everything you could possibly need during your stay and more. The little treats left for us were a lovely touch. The beds and sofa were very comfortable. This was a great place to explore from. We will definitely be booking again in the future!

We had a great stay here over Easter weekend with our two children. The location is great, as we like to travel around when we visit Aberdeenshire. Calm and tranquil, yet close enough to many locations. The property itself was perfect and just like the photos. A great stay.

A lovely, well appointed property in a stunning location and with a beautiful garden going down to the River Spey too. The house has everything you need and is very clean and very comfortable. A short walk to the nearest shop, pub and restaurant. Thoroughly recommend the house and the host who is most helpful, we’d definitely stay again.

Great place with tons of room. The townhome was very clean and had everything we needed. Loved the cookies, teas, cereals and milk, it was a very nice touch. We definitely needed to stay longer!

Das Haus war wunderschön, schönes Ambiente, sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und man merkte das viel Liebe im Detail steckt. Kate hat auf Fragen sofort geantwortet und war sehr nett. Die Lage war auch sehr gut, in der Nähe ein kleiner Supermarkt, Cafés und Geschäfte ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und alles in allem war es bezaubernd!!! Wir können diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen!!

We had a beautiful stay here. The house is perfect, had everything we needed. We loved the kitchen space and living space, felt so cosy and at home there. Our hosts were so generous with us, making our recent engagement even more special - thank you again! Lots of recommendations for walks and places to eat which was great. We were right in the countryside with nature at its finest…deer in the garden, horses trotting along the path, sheep and chickens nearby, it was so calming! Couldn’t have asked for anything more, 10/10 definitely recommend.

Lovely property, nice little area and host very helpful when it came to some issues that we had in regards to last minute changes.

Gemütliches Apartment für 1-2 Personen mit allem, was man für einen Kurzurlaub braucht. Küche super ausgestattet, sehr bequeme Sofas zum chillen und ein sehr bequemes Bett!! Es ist nicht weit zu Fuß an den Strand oder in das kleine Städtchen. Absolute Empfehlung!

We really enjoyed our stay in Susan's lovely flat. Everything was so clean and quirky with all the little nods to it's location. The welcome hamper was such a welcome unexpected surprise too. We found everything really well appointed, the standout for me was the separate bath which has become increasingly rare nowadays wherever you stay. The private garden and parking space too was a boon, and again, hard to come by in properties at that price point. I also appreciated the supering size bed, as we will not stay anywhere with anything less. Thanks Susan and The Property Girls for a lovely stay, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone, and would definitely stay here again if visiting the area.

From the day of booking until departure, Fiona has been impeccable, attentive, generous and the annexe was superb. It’s an easy 5 stars across the board.

David's apartment was superb. It was immaculate, extremely well equipped, exceptionally comfortable and provided everything we needed ... and more. The location was perfect - just a short distance from Inverness, in beautiful surroundings and central for exploring the surrounding towns and areas. David was proactive and very responsive with his communications. He went way above and beyond with everything. Every large and small detail was covered. David and Lisa were extremely friendly and helpful and their hospitality is unmatched by anything we have previously experienced. They were very thoughtful and generous with the provisions and little (and not so little) extras such as home baked bread, milk, eggs, butter, spreads, an array of teas and coffees and more. The Condo is the best Airbnb accommodation we have stayed in and we have stayed in some very nice places over the years. I would give it more stars if I could.

Really loved Alyson's apartment - it was spotless and comfortable, with lovely thoughtful touches, and had everything we needed for a fabulous weekend away. Perfect for enjoying the local amenities in Pitlochry and for local walks. Thanks very much!

Lyn was a gracious and friendly host, giving us great tips for the Highland Games, and being at-the-ready to answer our questions or help us out. The space was lovely, elegant and yet so comfortable; we felt immediately at home. So quiet and peaceful…a great spot to come home to after a busy day. Birdwatching through the large bay window, and outside from the private garden sitting area, was an added pleasure! Easy walking to the Wobbly Bridge, the fish ladder and dam, and the many trails and country roads around the village, and equally close to great restaurants and pubs if you head into town. We were so happy with our stay!

My stay at Ruth and Dave's air b&b was fantastic. Communication went very smooth and I was lucky that I could get in before 15.00 hrs as the location had been cleaned a day earlier (no guests the night before). The front door of the house looked a bit battered and the staircase was old and quite dirty (apartment is on second floor) but once in the apartment it was all welcoming, clean, new, stylish and fresh. Lots of different teas to choose from. Good information folder. Spotless bathroom and nice bedroom. Wifi worked perfectly. The only tip I have got is: it would be good if the curtains in the bedroom would be a dark colour / heavier quality as in the mornings you are waken up very early as a lot of light comes into the bedroom once the sun comes up. Walking tip: theres a great walking path all the way along the river Dee. Thank you Ruth!
