Sit back and relax – in this quiet, stylish accommodation with its own garden, sauna and hot tub and direct access to the hiking trails in the beautiful Harz Mountains. The colorful city of Wernigerode with its cultural and culinary offerings and the beautiful half-timbered houses is within walking distance (about 10 to 15 minutes). Our vacation home was completed in the summer of 2025 and offers every comfort (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, underfloor heating, fireplace, open kitchen/dining area).

Pölkentor vacation home

Welcome! Our apartment Pölkentor is located in the basement of our residential building. It is about 45m² in size and includes a bedroom, a small bathroom and a living area with kitchenette, sofa bed, dining table and TV. Just a few metres before the entrance there is a terrace with seating area. The garden with playground, play equipment and barbeque can be used with pleasure. The city centre can be reached in 15 minutes on foot. We are looking forward to seeing you!

Time out on the Bodeufer (nature/sports/climbing)

Located directly on the Harzer-Hexen-Stieg and a nature reserve, directly surrounded by river, rocks and a historic hydroelectric power station, you will find a unique accommodation on an extensive area. Here you can relax and enjoy the tranquility of nature. For more active days, a private universal sports field and a summer tent from April to October are available, or you can take advantage of other accommodation offers.
