Outstanding Stay in Cork!!! I can't express enough how wonderful our experience was at this Airbnb! Finbar and Eva were exceptionally hospitable and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The place is new, well-maintained, and beautifully decorated. It has everything you need to relax and feel at home. All facilities are in perfect condition. The area is peaceful, with supermarkets, pharmacies, and a bank nearby. Plus, the bus stops are just a minute's walk from the house, making it very easy to reach the city center by bus. Overall, it was a fantastic stay! We highly recommend this beautiful place without any doubts and its amazing hosts!

We had a wonderful time during our stay! The location is perfect and the access to parking is a huge plus. Walking distance to great restaurants. Kinsale is a fantastic town, and this is a great spot to see it from.

We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect location. We were in walking distance to everywhere in town. The flat was clean and thoughtfully offered all of the”extras” , bathrobes, nice towel sheets, even milk, butter and beer in the fridge as well as a bottle of wine. We couldn’t have been happier!

Place is as described very homey nice quiet area ,walking distance to restaurants pub pier Joan was lovely to deal with Will be back again 🐾🐾

We had a great stay at Angela and Bernard’s place. They greeted us upon arrival and were very kind to us and our two girls. It was very spacious and had everything we needed. It was a quick 10 minute drive into Kinsale.

Spacious 1 bedroom apartment, a really great base for staying in Cork. Tracey gave us clear and timely instructions for finding the apartment and Colm met us and gave us a tour of the place. The apartment is modern, clean, and really comfortable. The washer and dryer are separate and were easier for us to use/figure out than others we’ve used in the country. They had a travel crib and high chair available for our baby and even some toys for toddlers in the apartment. They gave us recommendations from a locals perspective. The location was quiet but also walkable to many attractions. I can’t think of anything about the place we didn’t like. Parking was a bit complicated (requires gate access) but free and safe.

Our 3 night stay was perfect. The cottage is very comfortable, cozy, quiet and the decor is very nice, chosen with great taste. Mathieu is discreet but very responsive to our messages. Thanks to him for his trust. We recommend this beautiful place with great pleasure.

Carys’s place was amazing. It had everything needed for our stay. Nice and modern, beautiful decorated. We loved seeing the cows outside our windows in the morning and on our way out the sheep gave us a sweet farewell at the gate. This was a great place to explore the Cork area. Very convenient to have washer and dryer available to use, as we were able to do some quick laundry on our trip.

Wonderful location and comfortable place to stay - we will definitely be coming back!

The house is beautiful and SO clean. The bedding smelled like fresh laundry. Very peaceful and quant. Great location to downtown. Wish we could have stayed longer.

The home is very quiet and also walkable to coffee, market and a short walk into downtown. Lisa was an excellent host- very helpful with everyone we needed- it’s a wonderful place to stay!

I’ve stayed in Airbnbs all over the world—from bustling cities to quiet countryside escapes—and I can confidently say this was the best experience I’ve ever had. Every detail exceeded expectations. First and foremost, the cleanliness was absolutely outstanding. Spotless from top to bottom—not a speck of dust, not a fingerprint on a surface. You can tell they truly care about hygiene and guest comfort, and it immediately made me feel at ease and relaxed the moment I walked in. What truly set this stay apart, though, was the incredible hospitality. They provided incredibly helpful and curated information about local sights, hidden gems, dining options, and even personalised recommendations. If you're considering booking, do it. It’s a rare gem and I would return in a heartbeat. I already miss the peaceful sounds of birds chirping.

Bernie's place was perfect, and the personal touches like home made brown bread and some well stocked essential were the icing on the cake. This is a perfect location for enjoying time in Kinsale, close enough to all the action but not too close to potentially noisy venues. There is a coffee shop across the road, The Post House Coffee Shop, bookshops (bonus with wine!), restaurants. We ate at Max's, next door, Fishy Fishy, across the road, and Bruno's, a few doors up - all highly recommended by us. The bedrooms all had ensuites, as well as an additional bathroom on the kitchen and living room area. The dining room and living room were great for sitting around planning for the day, and debriefing with a glass of wine in the evening. There are stairs ... but what doesn't kill you makes you stronger! All in all, I will stay here again on another visit to Kinsale ... the perfect house for a group of friends on the bank holiday weekend and the Trad fest ... thank you, Bernie!

This is the perfect spot for a trip to Kinsale. It's right in the heart of everything, but we were never bothered with noise. We weren't lucky with the weather, but the apartment was so lovely to spend time in, that it really didn't matter.

This was an extremely comfortable place to stay. Spacious apartment, excellent tiled bathroom with great water pressure and good quality thick towels. Plus shelves in a bathroom are always a benefit when travelling 👏🏻 The kitchen is very well equipped with hob, oven and microwave. Scissors, sharp knives, cling wrap and tin foil always handy 👍🏻 when travelling on the road. Thanks too for the Nespresso and pods 🙂☕️ Lots of PowerPoints and excellent wifi. We really appreciated having a washer and dryer (including great instructions) to catch up on our laundry. Dishwasher too was a treat with plenty of good crockery and cutlery. Lovely big bed in a spacious bedroom. Unit is upstairs but we were able to back car up drive to unload suitcases. Overnight parking is good.

Our stay was great! The place was very clean and centrally located within Clonakilty. We spent a night in the Brewery Bar below…great time with local people. Camilla provided with us with some nice starter food…much appreciated! Just be careful of a couple low doorways:) Would stay here again!

where do we start? John was as friendly and gentle as they come. Hid place was perfect and adorable. Kitchen, washer Dryer and a real King Bed! ....just what the doctor ordered. My wife and I stayed at Emily’s place for two nights on our Ireland trip. Emily met us at the apartment when we showed up. She showed us around the place and gave MANY good recommendations for Killarney and the Ring Of Kerry. Her place was about a 10minute walk from downtown Killarney where we ate dinner both nights! My wife and I HIGHLY recommend staying here!

A beautiful location — on the water; close to the Heritage Museum and good restaurants; well appointed and extremely comfortable. We loved our host and location.

This is a rural splendour. Private, secluded and relaxing. All the amenities and so much more, highly recommend.
