The house is quite cozy and clean. It has a patio in the front, and a nice space in the back, with a barbecue. It's a safe and quiet street. The hosts have a house where they live next door. It has good landmarks nearby, but it's far from the beach. Claudio and Dina were extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you!

I really like this Apt. Very quiet, beautiful view . Great space , well-equipped kitchen. Very well served by all . I've been here twice and recommend it.

The structure of the place is wonderful. Game room, kids space, playground, hammock area, sand courts, swimming pools, Jacuzzi and even a movie room. Several barbecues. Safe location, close to the beach, clean, organized. We love it and recommend it. It's really worth it!

We stay 10 days in the house and we love it. It is a simple but very complete and very cozy house. Franciele was very helpful in all the situations we need ( cleaning the pool, changing the resistance of the shower, etc.) and always responded quickly and solved everything. The house is great, located near the centrinho de novo tramandai with everything close by (market, pharmacy, gas station, bars and more). It was all clean, smelling bedding and the well-equipped house. We're definitely going back!

Our stay was excellent! The house is super comfortable, wide and cared for in the smallest detail, offering everything we needed to rest. The environments are generous, the internet runs smoothly, and the neighborhood is quiet, ideal for those looking for peace. The well-equipped kitchen and the strict cleaning made our stay even more enjoyable. It is worth mentioning to the next guests: the place is slightly away from the beach, requiring a longer walk, and the nearest markets are also far away. Even so, the charm of the place and the guaranteed comfort make it all worth it! We thank the host for the hospitality and attention in every detail. We strongly recommend to those seeking a welcoming and peaceful refuge!

The stay in Ana's apartment was very good! The location is excellent, and the accommodation met our needs well. When we arrived, the apartment was still being cleaned, so we had to wait a while, but in return, Ana allowed us to check out later, which was a positive point. It was an enjoyable experience. Ana was attentive, and we recommend the stay!

It is a wonderful place, Mauritius and Debora were very kind and attentive. The house is great, super-equipped, comfortable and has a very beautiful and cozy space, with a great patio and located in a quiet area, great for resting, as well as featured in the listing. I highly recommend the place and we will definitely be staying at the house again.

The stay at Ap da Família, in Imbé, was excellent. Vanessa is a kind, caring, responsible and competent host to resolve any situation that may arise. The environment is quiet, cozy, clean, organized and where I felt at home and super comfortable. I stayed for my entire vacation period at the place and could have stayed longer... The welcome to pets is also a plus, as the place is safe and the animals are fine, too. I'm just waiting to return next summer!
