Bright and quiet room with a private bathroom. It has its own balcony to be able to have breakfast or work. We live next to our very loving cats. Located in front of the botanical garden, steps from the subway and various means of transport . The area is characterized by its green spaces, bars, restaurants and museums to explore on foot. The apartment is a very quiet place where it is always nice to return from a day of walking around the city. You also have a desk for work .

It is a very bright apartment in the 9th with a big balcony in the heart of Palermo Hollywood. You will be very close to the Palermo´s Subway station (600 meters) and many of the best restaurants and cafes. There is a fully equipped kitchen including basic elements to prepair your breakfast (coffee, tea, sugar, oit, etc).
