The air conditioning is cold/hot and the room also has a ceiling fan for those who cannot tolerate direct cold air. Hot water comes from the building's central boiler, making it easy to take long, pleasant baths. Under the kitchen counter is a modern washing machine. All doors are lockable and the room can be locked from its access corridor, thus becoming a "private suite" with the bathroom. I like to socialize, I can assist guests at any time, by email or cell phone. I live very close to the apartment, I can come if they need me.
