I had a great stay! The host was very responsive and helpful throughout. The location was in a great neighborhood, lots of cafes and restraurant, and also easily accessible by public transportation and also felt very sar. The apartment was in a new building, clean, and very comfortable. The internet worked perfectly. I’d definitely stay here again!

I think I read another review before booking this place that said something like "if you're considering booking this place and it's available, stop considering and just book it now", and I'm inclined to agree. The space itself is beautiful and very much as advertised, and the art on the walls + books in English, Spanish, and French on any and all topics were really nice touches. The loft is on a pretty quiet side street that feels very safe, right above a cute little cafe with a patio on the street, and it's a very short walk to lots of parks/restaurants/galleries/bars/etc. or maybe an hour walk to the heart of downtown or 15ish minutes to the Scalabrini subte station. Just be prepared for lots of stairs, and if the plumbing is ever a little finicky remember that is true basically everywhere you go in Buenos Aires.

Very pleasant stay, the apartment is as it appears in the photos. It is in an easily accessible area, with dining options for all tastes. Hosts are always available to resolve concerns. Highly recommended.

Pablo's place is located in front of the Armenians Inmigrantes Square with a dozen of restaurants around. It's walkable to public transportation and many places to drink and eat. It has a lot of space to cook, chill and I even used as a Home Office during my visit. It has everything you need in the kitchen, Aircon and fast internet. The communication with Pablo was great even we did a last minute reservation.

Great place, better than expected. I’ve stayed in many places around the area and so far this is one of the, if not the best. everything here has been carefully thought to ensure a pleasant stay, ugly many other places that just scramble old stuff, every single detail has been carefully planned, from appliances to decoration, bed is super comfortable and you’ll also get 2 bathrooms for the price of one. open terrace with lounge chairs and tables is a big plus ,laundry appliances provided at no cost. High ceilings and lots of sunlight. looking forward to my next stay here.

We really enjoyed our stay in Sofia’s apartment. The building and apartment are extremely secure and quiet, and in a great part of town. The apartment has everything you need for a nice trip to Buenos Aires. We enjoyed the balcony immensely too. It was quiet (for a city) so we didn’t have any problems sleeping or resting when needed. The neighborhood had plenty of great restaurants. (A particular shout out goes to Hierro.) The city itself is huge, but we walked as much as we could. Many of the sights are walkable, but we eventually needed Uber for the rest of town. Sofia and Bianca were great with communication and the check in/out process. We had some unique scheduling, and they were more than happy to work with us. Thanks for everything!

I had a perfect stay in this unique lofted apartment. Located on the 14th floor of a big building, it features a cozy living room, a small but functional kitchen, and a charming balcony on the first level. Upstairs, there's a lofted bedroom with a small desk and a bathroom. The apartment's style is beautiful, and the views of the city are stunning, with plenty of natural light. Even though I only stayed for two nights, it was an amazing experience, and I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit!

A very nice place to stay! Great location, quiet and luxurious building, and plenty of space for 1-2 people. The gym and sauna are fantastic, and I would definitely stay here again.

Our hosts were incredible! the apartment truly felt like a home. The neighborhood is peaceful and everything you'd need in the area is walking distance. I loved this area and the apartment so much I never wanted to leave.

Totally recommended! The apartment is comfortable, cozy and has everything you need to have a good stay. The building is truly beautiful. Facu did his best to allow us to check in earlier and greeted us with a very good attitude. In addition, he gave us gastronomic recommendations and was always available for our inquiries. The location is unbeatable, you can get there without your own vehicle easily and in front of the building there are many options to eat. I would definitely come back. Thank you!

The apartment is smaller than it looks in the photo, but functional and pleasant! It lacks a general cleaning, but in general it is clean and nice. The kitchen had everything you needed, a comfortable mattress on the bed. It's nice to have a balcony and air conditioning - the apartment was warm, although it's already winter. The city center is within walking distance, but the neighborhood where the apartment is located is commercial and noisy. Paul is an excellent host! He helped with all the questions, our internet broke during the stay - Paul quickly solved the problem. Thank you very much! I think this apartment is not very suitable for a long stay, but for a short-term stay - great!
