Beachfront house - Incredible view - Jetty - Boat

Single-family home v/lake with outstanding views and large porch! If you want to be close to the sea but at the same time stay centrally we would recommend staying here. Peaceful and quiet with central location to E18 (1 min) and Stathelle with Brotorvet shopping center and 5 min drive to Langesund with public beaches, concerts etc! The house is of older standard, see photos. The house has a great porch and it can follow with boat rental included in the price (please let me know!) A great place to take a summer vacation or work trip!

Wonderful modern holiday home with great sea view

Quiet and quiet space with nice views, and good sun conditions from morning to evening. The house is located at the end so has no through traffic. Døvika is located at the end of Eidangerfjorden. Here you can really relax to enjoy the sun and the view. There are large flats/porch with garden furniture. It's a furnished garden room Shared access to private beach 2-3 min walk Hope you enjoy yourselves as much as we are at this wonderful place. The house is central and well equipped. Free parking on the property.
