The apartment had everything we needed, we stayed there for 18 days and really liked it. Very good location, the sea is a couple of minutes walk away, it is very convenient to get to any part of the city by car or motorbike. The owner went to meet us, we checked in early and checked out later, for which we are very grateful. There are many pensioners and families with children in the complex, so it is very calm and quiet.

The exceptional service truly stood out. The staff, especially Fai and Zen, were extraordinarily accommodating, ensuring all needs, including food, drinks, and laundry, were met with excellence. Given the remote location, I recommend arranging transfers or renting a car for ease of access. Lounging by the pool was the epitome of relaxation, offering a peaceful respite from daily life. Good place to stay. Very overpriced. Each room is comfortable. Not too cramped. All rooms do not have an en-suite bathroom, but it is not a problem. Only about 1-2 cars can park only. Soi Khao Talo is very old. But the alley into the project is okay. It looks quiet. Recommended for a quick stay to go to the sea.

Beautiful home in a nice, secure private location with a private pool that has jacuzzi jets and perfect surroundings. This wonderful Thai style villa is spacious, immaculate and very thoughtfully and tastefully decorated. The Glass House and Cave beach food and entertainment complexes are a 5 minute drive around the corner, and the Pattaya Floating Market is a 10 minute drive away. It is also a short 10-15 minute drive away from Jomtien Beach and all the activities and restaurants it offers. Perfect location to spend a wonderful location with family and\or friends. We’ll definitely look to stay here again and again.

The room was so outstanding, but the pool wasn't bigger than the picture, and there were a lot of things that weren't operated (slide, fountain?) There is a heated pool, so it was good to use it when it's cold. The room and host were so perfect

The chezz condo is located in a quiet location, with excellent amenities. superb roof top swimming pool and sauna and steam room.Walking distance to shops the big C and entertainment district 15 minutes walk to the beach .The room itself is modern clean with large TV , a lovely roof top relaxation area and a garden area on the ground floor.

Jessica was so kind and helpful. Sent pictures so it was super clear how to find and do everything. Love the place ❤️

perfect spot. many local seafood restaurants nearby. comfy beds, main floor balcony is steps from the beach. never saw anyone at the rooftop pool, amazing sunset views. -Host Takahiko is wonderful!

This is our second time staying in one of Sunny's condo. Great value for the money, beautiful pool, great gym, fast internet and Sunny is always available and willing to help. The condo is away from the busy area, which we liked very much. There is security on the property all the time and a 7 eleven downstairs. We highly recommend booking from Sunny, you will love it.
