Fantastic location. Marussel was always fast to respond. Quiet room. Comfortable bed. Beach, restaurants, laundry service and supermarket all very walkable. Great view of the city and the pool and ship but high enough not to have any noise. Will definitely stay their again, I felt right at home

A nice and peaceful place to stay. Scooters are available to rent very close to the apartment, making it easy to get around. The beach nearby is beautiful and quiet. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a calm and relaxing getaway.

The actual environment of the room is cleaner and more comfortable than the photos, and the pool is relatively clean, and the room is very refreshing.The host was also quick to respond and was very enthusiastic about issues.If you are inadequate, you need to take a taxi from the commercial center, but there are convenience stores at the door of the room.It's a local area, and if you come to the water festival next time, also book this one.Play with locals, don't go to the pedestrian streets

We loved our stay at Jiranan’s place. The space was large, clean, and comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the beds were very comfortable. The host was responsive and helpful. Everything matched the description. There are many highly-rated restaurants nearby, offering both local and European cuisine. The beach is easily accessible, and the property has a large, well-maintained pool with a cozy café. The security staff is very friendly and even accepted deliveries for us. The Internet was perfect for work and playing games. A couple of things to keep in mind: at night, music from the bar street can be heard until around 2 AM, which might be an issue for light sleepers. Also, the condominium building management considers the tourist season to be from November 15 to February 15, so outside of these dates, there may be room decoration work in neighboring units from 9:00 to 17:00.

I absolutely loved this room and the host! The room was huge, located in a very quiet part of Pattaya, but very close to everything that I wanted. The host was on site and handled everything quickly and made my stay absolutely wonderful! I highly highly recommend!

Rented out for a large party. This place had everything we needed to stay entertained and happy for a week. The location is great for getting a Grab anywhere in Pattaya, and there are a few good restaurants and shops within walking distance as well.

I wanted to go to Pattaya, I didn't know the location and booked it, about 50km from Pattaya, but by chance it was a coincidence that we could go to the nearby beach and hi for a day. The beach here is better than Pattaya, because there are not so many tourists and I don't like the beach with so many people.There is a shopping mall around the house, there are many gas stations and 7-11 all the way, you need to prepare your own toiletries for check-in, I think this is correct, because it is environmentally friendly and hygienic.

Perfect, Perfect Perfect Perfect hostess - Preetinun answered all my concerns in a timely manner always with good results. Perfect unit - well equipped with all the cooking utensils, linen and bedding needed. While in a very busy and noisy section of town, the inside facing unit location eliminated all the surrounding noise. Overlooking the pool made for a very serene setting. Perfect location - close to lots of restaurants, bars, transportation and a short walk to the beach. I am happy I will be going back there again next year to enjoy this condo once again. Quiet location, well away from the beach road which gets busy and noisy at weekends and holidays. Very responsive host, quick to sort out minor issues. Comfortable beds, good a/c's and fast Internet made for a relaxing stay. Renting transport to get to local shops is strongly recommended.
