Die ca 45 m2 große Höhle mit Anbau ist über 100 Jahre alt und wurde im Sommer 2022 zu neuem Leben erweckt und liebevoll als Ferienwohnung renoviert. Die komfortable Ausstattung lässt FAST keine Wünsche offen (Achtung WLAN vorhanden, KEIN TV!! ;-)

A fully equipped kitchen, large table in the dining room, a large bathroom and a beautiful garden with barbecue, jacuzzi, relaxation/chill-out area, pool-bar...etc.

El alpendre entre palmeras

Antiguo alpendre recientemente transformado para su uso residencial en Santa Lucía de Tirajana. El alpendre era la casa de los animales. Los más apreciados y difíciles de sostener eran las vacas . Solía haber dos por propiedad. La parte de la vacas es ahora el salón comedor y cocina. Las cabras y la burra se alojaban en las otras dependencias que hoy día son los dormitorios, y el baño actual era el lugar donde se depositaba la hierba del resto del día, ya que se solía coger por la mañana .

It has a small outdoor garden and parking for one car. Good internet connection. By car, you are only 20 minutes from Las Palmas, the main commercial and cultural areas and beaches of Telde and the airport. Although there is public transportation accessible on foot, it is advisable to use a private vehicle.
