Monthly Rentals in Bang Kobua

There are so many good things about this places - great location, close to BTS and close to express bus stop, there is a 7-11 in the building and even a night market nearby. The common areas in the building was well equiped and well maintained. The host is helpful, responsive and proactive. AC, water pressure and wifi was also great. A few things we wished we knew - the couch is not the one in the pictures. It was in pretty bad shape and extremely uncomfortable. We ended up just sitting on the floor mostly - There is a shooting range nearby that can be a little noisy during the day 10am-5pm. You are still on a high floor so it didn't bother us much Overall, the place is excellent with great location and host. And is great value for what we paid for

I feel so lucky to stay here, everything are so wonderful and perfect.When you enter the house,you can find everything you need immediately.Malee is a very kind person,so easy to communicate,you can really feel she care about every guests,it's feel like home.

There are so many good things to say here after a months stay. Firstly after 18 months of travelling this is literally the cleanest air bnb I’ve been in. Super friendly and accommodating hosts including late checkout. Use of ideo coworking/library and pool was an unexpected bonus. Super friendly and helpful security guards. This is a small unit but it has everything you need in a very convenient location. I’d 100% recommend it.

Great value and excellent location away from the touristy areas, true local thai feeling. Excellent response time and care from Anirut!! Can't wait to be back!!
