Monthly Rentals in Bang Krasaw

We absolutely loved staying here for 3 months, it’s 25 min away Bangkok and it’s not crowded with tourists. They have so much to offer, it’s close to the night market, grocery store and train, downstairs they have a lot of options for food and 7 eleven. Danai was super helpful with everything, we had a lot of questions since it was our first time in Bangkok and answered fast.We would totally stay with him again

I'm very glad we stayed at Viboon’s place. The apartment was perfectly clean and had everything we needed (towels, bed linen, even things like cotton swabs). There's a washing machine on the balcony. Despite the large number of apartments on the floor, it was completely quiet — we didn't hear any noise at all. There’s access to a gym and swimming pool, which was also a nice bonus. The residential complex itself deserves a special mention. The grounds are very well maintained, and there’s a small pond with frogs. I was especially pleased to see many containers for separate waste collection. There’s a 7/11 very close by, and right across the street are Big C and the MRT Bang Krasor station. We were warmly welcomed and seen off — thank you again, Viboon and Suzy! We’ll definitely be back :)

I had a very pleasant stay here. The place perfectly accommodates a single traveller. The location is close enough to walk to both the MRT train line & the Owl night market. The wifi is excellent which is great for ordering food delivery services. Both the gym and pool are easy to access. Mintie's dad helped with the checkin and checkout. He's very nice & considerate. Mintie is very responsive to any questions, so great comms are also provided. I shall return soon.

I gave 5 stars in each individual category – but to be honest, if I rated purely based on my personal standards or typical German expectations, some areas might have only received two or three. Cleanliness, interior details, certain things – I would have done them differently in my own home or in my home country. But that’s not the point here. You have to look at the place as part of a bigger picture – and in that context, it’s absolutely worth 5 stars. The apartment is part of a high-end building with elegant lounges, several pools on different levels, a well-equipped gym, and a great location. Also, the host’s communication was excellent – quick, reliable, and very kind. So when you take all of this together and consider the local standards and overall setup, it clearly adds up to a 5-star experience.
