Monthly Rentals in Bang Rak

Nice apartment in a quiet location. Just next door to morning market. Close to Chong Nonsi bts. The pool and gym room upstairs on level 4 is a big plus. Has 90s vibe. Snacks and bottled water provided which was really lovely. Don't be discouraged by the faded exterior and communal areas. It's nice inside.

I liked my stay very much, felt like home. I was working remotely from Arsiras appartement to escape the grey weather in Europe, would highly recommend! Very much enjoyed the Pool area, too!

Scale from 1 to 10 (10 being the best): Location within neighborhood= 9 (busy street but near the action) Location within entire city= 10 (best spot to get all around the city quick) Bed Comfort= 8 Peace/Quiet Level= 9 (great soundproofing ) WiFi Speeds= 9.5 Hot Water/Pressure= 9.5 Climate Control= 9 Check-in= 9 Added Touches= everything you need Things Missing= workstation, table is too low to work at (but normally you would have the co-working space - I was there after the earthquake so it was closed for repairs) Other Notes= loved the completely keyless building entry Overall= I stayed a month and had everything I could need.

We stayed at Apiradee’s place for about 2 and a half months. We had very comfortable stay. Check-in was seamless. It is a well laid out apartment, conveniently located and close to a sky train that will easily get you around Bangkok. Apiradee is quick to respond to queries. We would definitely consider returning to this place on our future trip.
