Holiday rentals with a patio in Bang Yai District

Staying at Ling’s place was absolutely amazing. Ling was a very responsive host even if we messaged her late at night she was still able to give us our requests. The directions for the place were very clear and Ling even helped us out with directions to the places we needed to go to. As someone who nitpicks the cleanliness of a place, Ling’s place absolutely met my standards. We always mop the floor before settling in and it was spotless! All in all, the experience with Ling’s place was amazing.

Very nice condo close to DMK and the SkyTrain 🚆. There is a big mall by the train station platform. This unit is an easy 2-3 minute walk to the train which you can use to access the entire city. Condo is immaculate has everything in good order. Very clean with very good sheets and towels. Hot water works well and has good pressure. WiFi and air con work well as do all the other appliances including the washing machine. You can easily dry clothes quickly on the balcony drying racks. You don’t really need air con always as the breeze comes in through the patio door when open but there are 2 air con units one in the bedroom and one in the living room that work very well. The building has good security, amenities (pool and gym) and is quiet. The host is really nice and professional. She always explained things very well and answered my messages promptly. She helped me with information about getting around the city and even allowed me to check out later since I had a night flight :)

Tom was a great host. The unit was just as described. They provided extra towels and a change of bed linens in the room. Very clean. The clothes washing machine was also a great advantage. I would stay with Tom again.

I just want to say thank you for being on airbnb! The host is really responsive, answered every question that i have and is helpful. I stayed for a month, the manager nat can always be approached if you need help. The housekeepers do a great job in cleaning i loved them so much! The other airbnb guest are also easy to talk too so it feels just like home. Just outside of the airbnb there is a small store, it has anything u need from drink, travel size detergent, or even a chat buddy. Perfect place i wish i will come back soon.

My stay at this place was as pleasant as It could get. The host is super host in true sense. Always responding to messages, friendly and helpful, even if it is not related to your stay he will try to help you with his best. The condo was clean and all amenities mentioned in the listing were provided. In fact we asked for induction cooktop and he arranged it specially for us. Facilities of the building is even better than some 5 star hotels. Infinity edge pool at 56th floor is mesmerising. Gym was well equipped and sky lounge was a great spot to work. I will surely book this airbnb again.

Great 1 bed/studio in the heart of Bangkok’s liveliest neighborhood. Walkable to the best clubs, rooftops, bars, and shops. High enough that you will not hear any street noise. Very clean, great lighting, everything works! Would definitely stay there again when in Bangkok!

I really enjoyed my time here. The room was cozy and the air conditioning worked perfectly, which was great during the hot days. The people around were super friendly, and the host team was amazing—very helpful and welcoming. I stayed for a month and received several kind invitations to join local tours and events. The host was very proactive and always shared great suggestions on what to do in the area. The location is also special—right in the peaceful temple area, next to one of Bangkok’s canals. I’m really happy I chose this place!

Incredibly cozy with minimalistic charm. Amenities abound, including comfy towels, a plush bed, and fantastic Japanese automatic toilet! Perfect location near Arena Impact and Thunderdome, with a new MRT station adding convenience. My only wish? Bikes or scooters for easy local exploration. Highly recommend!

We staid here after traveling Thailand for about 10 days already, and this was my most favorite place that we stayed at. It's right on the river, and the island is amazing. There is a small weekend market, plus a number of regular little shops, cafes, and restaurants on the island. Ko Kret is a hidden gem! So beautiful. I absolutely loved staying here. The rooms are located on the 2nd level of a traditional teak wood home, with it's own (though separated) bathroom, balcony, and seating areas. Rooms are air conditioned, bathroom is not, but that was not an issue for us. The two women are so incredibly kind, and serve a great breakfast each morning! This is a great place to stay for anyone who is looking for a local, quiet, traditional experience. I wish I could stay longer!!! 🥰

The home is located in Wang Lang market, which is bustling with activity in the day. You'll find a variety of local delights right on your door step. The home was very clean and tidy. The host even prepared cold water in the fridge to help us beat the heat when we arrived. Overall, it was a joy to stay here during our exchange at Siriraj hospital, which is just 5 minutes away. The host was extremely helpful during check in and check out. They even went out of their way to mail us an item that we had left behind. 10/10 would stay here again if we're back in Bangkok.

Nam's place is a little gem hidden in a quiet corner of the bustling capital Bangkok. It consists of two separate units, each with a bedroom and a bathroom. The largest unit also has a dining table, a fridge, a water cooker, and a microwave. Nam also brought us an induction cooker and a rice cooker. The highlight is the beautiful little garden with another dining table, and a pond. The laundry machine is behind the house. All in all, we had a great time. Nam always responded immediately and was very helpful. A 7-11 and a little mall are nearby. It is easy to find a taxi with taximeter at the street. On the way back, you often have to negotiate with the taxi drivers. The neighborhood is very quiet. We highly recommend this place to everyone who appreciates a responsive host, privacy and a green garden!

Me and my mum had such a lovely stay here. It’s perfect for two people, with everything you’ll need provided, exactly as in the photos and as mentioned. It’s in a very safe, quiet and peaceful area so you will be able to fully rest without worry when you are here. The location is close enough to the main road so it’s easy to go out and explore Bangkok. (Also a 7/11 a few minutes walk away for any late night snacks😋) The host is very kind and helpful, replying very quickly. Genuinely feels like home, we have already booked another stay here! If you’re looking for a place to stay in Bangkok and you’re 3-4 people this is the best place! Its spacious and it has 2 bathrooms which is the best! The neighborhood is quiet and there’s a 7/11 on the ground floor where you can buy food. It’s quite far to the city centre and other tourist attraction but no worries since you can just book Bolt. You can just divide the fare if you’re in the group. There’s a near MRT station if you wish to commute but really I highly recommend Bolt. Lek is an awesome host! Easy to communicate and is very generous coz he let us check out late. The best accommodation here in Bangkok!

Great place to be

Thanks to Hermione and the team for a wonderful stay! Wonderful view of the river on the 18th floor! Clean and tidy little apartment that had everything we needed. The pool on the 60th floor is the best we've ever seen! We will gladly come back thanks to it! The pool on the 8th floor is also worth mentioning! Great for exercise swimming! About 50 meters long. It was slightly warmer than the one on the roof. It was a dream to bathe in it when it was raining. Good communication with Hermione. She was so helpful and sweet and we were lucky to meet her. Really recommend staying here!! Note that it is located on the outskirts of the city. It takes about 25-45 minutes by car to Icon Siam depending on the traffic, but the MRT train is a 12-minute walk from the apartment. We stayed here for 3 nights and took the opportunity to swim, go to the gym and eat food from Tonsak market 5 minutes away. So much variety and cheap food. We'd love to come back and stay. Book!

The owner really great and friendly supportive. He is very thoughtful. Location very close to Impact, easy to travel. Services at the apartment same as 5 stars hotel. We are super happy to stay here. Will be back soon. :)
