I had a great time in this flat. I would recommend this place absolutely. River view is much more calm and quiet than the other side. Great view over the river on the 38th. Amazing balcony with high chairs. Would book again

the host was very nice and helpful. they were always fast to respons, if we had any questions. on our about 1.5 week stay they had our airbnb cleaned and brouchg fresh towels. we thought that was a great addition. all in all it was great experience and i would book again with them.

Just stayed here and the place was well furnished and well presented. Check in process was easy. Located next to a large mall which was convenient and 7-11 downstairs. The pool was closed for renovations and after discussing this with the host she happily discounted and was extremely pleasant to deal with. I would stay here again no issues.

I don’t usually post reviews however the exceptional service provided by the hosts deserves to be acknowledged. Oli and Bunny were responsive to every request. The place is quiet and comfortable. Location is great. Numerous small businesses outside for morning coffee, thai massage, gourmet food shopping and street food. 1 block walk to the BTS train gets you citywide access. You can also ask about hiring Aek the driver if desired. Great place! Great hosts!

Excellent place and not less excellent host. The place is gorgeous, all in all. Comfortable, clean, spacious (in our case we needed team work space) and well provisioned. The neighborhood is very calm, which was a must for us. While somewhat secluded, accessing the bursting city is not a problem even with a short walk. Also, Eve attentively responded to all inquiries and was really helpful when needed. Would recommend 11/10.

We had such a great stay at this place! The house is super nice—exactly like the photos, maybe even better. It was super clean, cozy, and had everything we needed, from kitchen supplies to extra towels. You can tell the host really put thought into making it feel welcoming and comfortable. The host was also amazing—really friendly and easy to communicate with. We especially appreciated being allowed a late check-out, which gave us a bit more time to relax before heading out. It made a big difference for us. The location was also super convenient, and the neighborhood felt safe and quiet. Honestly, everything about our stay went smoothly, and we couldn’t have asked for more. It was a very stylish place with an interior that was thoughtfully done everywhere. All of our families were satisfied with the accommodation and enjoyed it.

We had such a lovely stay with Ed and Tum. The house is beautiful with a wonderful garden and amazing kitchen. We paid for Tum to also cook us dinner and we are so glad we did. She is an incredible cook and it made the whole experience feel even more cosy. We were there with our 10 month old baby and he had the time of his life. The perfect weekend staycation from Bangkok!

Jenny is a lovely host. She provided welcome fruits and breakfast for everyday. She allowed us to checkin early and very kind to our family. And very responsive. The house is spacious, spotless and has everything essential things we need. Situated in a peaceful location connecting to the airport but not far from the central area either. My stay at this place was incredibly comfortable. 🏡 The space is quite spacious and fully equipped with everything I needed. The people around, including the neighbors, were very friendly and welcoming. 😊 The host was also very responsive, whenever I reached out in the morning, they answered my questions promptly. 🌞 I had no issues during my stay and felt completely at ease. Great location near the BTS station and a river pier making the whole of Bangkok easily accessible. Nice and quiet at nights.

Loved staying at Stephen’s apartment on the 21st floor view was insane and the place was super clean and cozy. The neighborhood around Sukhumvit 11 is lively but safe, with great restaurants, bars, and BTS Nana just a short walk away. Everything was smooth, from check-in to communication. Felt like home for those few days. Next time I’m in Bangkok, I’m 100% staying here again.

Ndee's apartment is excellent value for money. It has everything a traveller requires. Not only this but Ndee herself is a honest person. Qatar Airways denied me boarding for no other reason than discrimination (case still under investigation) and Ndee was kind enough to refund the total paid amount. Eventually I rebooked new flights with a good airline (Austrian Airlines) that doesn't discriminate and Ndee was the first person that came to mind when booking a new accommodation. A customer goes where they are treated the best. Thank you for your kindness and most excellent experience!

Yang's place is perfect for those who wanted a quiet place but has all the amenities nearby. On Nut is a local gem and you can find various food and market in the neighbourhood. The place we stayed are great and the staffs were friendly and kind. It's a great place and we will surely return if we come to Bangkok again.

Milo was a super helpful host, always making sure everything was ok Views are great as are the amenities. Beds are like a rock, but other then that, everything was perfect.

Tina is very enthusiastic. The room is nice and has a nice view.
