Holiday rentals with an accessible-height toilet in Bangkok

I have been traveling for a few weeks and this was by far the best accomadation I have been in. The location is right in front of a famous thai restaurant, so its really easy to find. There is a 7-11 right next to the house. Piak is soo nice and immediately welcomed me on arrival with a good explanation. Her English is also very good! The house is clean with a shower, fridge, airco, fan. You have a lot of privacy and if you want to see what a very well taken care of thai house looks like this is perfect. I loved it so much and I’m definitely going back in the future. Thanks Piak!

Piak’s place is in a fantastic location, the neighborhood is both vibrant and relaxed. There are plenty of must-try restaurants nearby, and major attractions like the Grand Palace and Chinatown are easily accessible. Piak is a wonderful host, she always prepared a nice breakfast, is flexible, and easy to connect with. The entrance is a bit unusual and funny, as you need to lift a shutter, and the bathroom could use some improvement. However, my overall experience was great. Recommended!

The place is really cute! We booked 2 rooms with 2 double beds. We really liked the place, although it was a bit far from everything we wanted to check out in Bangkok, but we got a great deal for the price. So overall, it was a good find! The place has a caretaker who helped us settle in. The pool in the property is cute and our balconies were spacious.

The guesthouse is in a great area, with lots of things to see and do. The neighborhood makes easy to walk to the most important historical sites in the old city district of Phra Nakhon. There are a lot of excellent local restaurants. The guesthouse is a great bargain for the city. The cats at the house are also very friendly. It is always a pleasure to stay at Air Raid Shelter.

Good base for my Bangkok stay. Lots of street food options and restaurants, 7/11 very close by, BTS 15min walk away, minimart downstairs. The pool is okay, bit in need of upkeep but good for a swim. Aum is very responsive as a host!

Place was quiet. Security very helpful. Host quick to respond. I locked my phone in the room. Couldn’t remember door code. Walked down to the guard station. Called number on back of the key card, within 10 minutes, I was back in the room. 1 km to malls, eateries, and bts. fresh fruit stands nearby. 7-11 2 minutes walking. Food delivery with grab,super easy. Extra large washing machine. Only ding was tv was not smart tv. Hopefully they upgrade for future guests.

After traveling for a couple of month, we (a couple) found this gem in Bangkok. Right from the beginning we fell in love with the place and the people! Although having some options for new years celebrations in mind, we decided to just spend it on the rooftop. This was definitely the best decision as the view was just spectacular and some others including Orm were celebrating with us! Definitely can recommend this place! Besides the clean and modern minimalistic interior the location was just perfect for us. A bus stop is almost in front of the building, the MRT metro is also super close, 7-11 and a street food market are around the corner and Wat Arun is in walking distance with a cheap ferry going to Wat Pho.

Great host! Music was incredibly responsive, accommodating, and kind throughout my stay. If you're looking for a peaceful escape from the busy streets of Bangkok, I highly recommend this place. It's quiet and ideal for getting work done or simply unwinding in a calm environment. The condo is in a secure, gated community with plenty of students and families around, and there’s always helpful staff and security on-site. There are several 7-Elevens nearby, and even a café right on the premises. I’ll really miss the pool and gym. Music, you’ve been amazing. keep up the great work, and best of luck with your business!

We had a truly wonderful stay! Wanlop was incredibly hospitable and went above and beyond to ensure we felt comfortable and welcome throughout our visit. Every request we made was met with care and prompt attention, which made the experience smooth and enjoyable. It's clear that our host genuinely cares about their guests’ experience. The space was clean, well-prepared, and exactly as described. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a thoughtful and reliable host. The place was also close to Phra Nang Klao Bridge MRT station and Phra Nang Klao Pier which is the biggest factor for easy transportation.

Thanks for the flexibility on arrival. Very responsive host. Central neighborhood while being quiet. Small, human-sized and well-maintained residence with a pleasant swimming pool, a well-equipped gym and a golf training area. Perfect apartment.

For longer stays more than, the apartment has everything for living. Your host is available to answer any questions you may have.

I really enjoyed my stay at this apartment and hope to return some time soon. The apartment is large and everything is very high quality. I enjoy how quiet it is possible to make the bed if you choose (since the bed itself can be enclosed with sliding glass - basically a second wall). In my opinion the neighborhood can’t be beat - close to everything but off the main road, with some really nice cafes just across the street and next door. Very good choice to stay in a central part of the city.

Joop is a great host. He explained everything in advance and checked refularlif we are comfortable and there is no issue. It was an good experience and comfortable stay.

I think everything was great. I wouldn’t mind staying here again. The only mentionable issue was the occasional foul smell in the bathroom and the very poor drainage in the shower. You are actually standing in a pool of water after about a min into the shower and it doesn’t drain for a while.

The apartment fully matches the photos – it’s cozy, comfortable, and has everything you need for daily life. The host thought through every little detail, which was a nice touch. However, I want to mention something for those who find the gym very important. The equipment there is quite old and uncomfortable to use, and the heaviest dumbbell is very light (unless you’re a beginner or don’t need much weight). Additionally, you have to book your gym time in advance for a specific slot, which, for me personally, felt very inconvenient and inflexible🙃 Of course, this is not the host’s fault, but I just wanted to mention it as I felt very upset by this. Maybe someone will find it helpful

It was a very spacious place with comfortable bedrooms. There was a dryer to be used for laundry which was very convenient. It's near many good middle eastern restaurants, they were all very good!
