Come to Bangkok for the 2nd time and have considered it for a long time in choosing a place to stay, after all the price is a bit high. Upon arrival, after seeing the environment and the room, it was confirmed that there was no error in the selection. Environment: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The nearby environment is very quiet and can hardly hear the sound of vehicles and electric bicycles for 4 days and 3 nights.There is also an indoor pool which is not big but comfortable. Rooms:⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The room is large, bright, and the sound insulation is good, I can't hear the sound from the other rooms.There is also a washing machine/clothes rack, a small kitchenette. Cleaning:⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The room and bathroom were cleaned very well, the only downside was the unstable water temperature of the water heater. Services:⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ As soon as I got to the reception, the staff came to help me carry my luggage and arrange check-in, and it took less than 5 minutes to get us to the room. All the staff are very friendly, even the security guard will help me get my order takeout to the room. Most importantly, Iwatch was accidentally left behind in the chairs after day 2 to the pool and found at the pool in the evening closer to 12 o'clock. When I went to tell the front staff, he and the security staff immediately accompanied me to the pool looking for nothing and the staff said they would help me record it. On the morning of day 2, the manager returned my Iwatch to me, which turned out to be the cleaner handed over Iwatch to the manager. Thank you so much for meeting the kind people that I lost.

The place was in a good location for our needs. Very spacious room and comfortable bed. Friendly staff and efficient.

I absolutely recommend it to friends who have not stayed in the old city Although you have to take a car to the city, it's cheap to call a car The focus is on decorating the whole room in a holiday style It's so relaxing And it's comfortable to live in There's also a very large balcony for friends who need to breathe. And the price is very cheap One living room, two rooms with double beds It was really great. I'd like to stay here again the next time I come to Thailand.

Highly recommended for this lovely air bnb. Everything is as described and my family loves everything about this place. Orathip is very responsive and helpful with recommendations on local activities that could be done. Not to mention the superb location with nice restaurants just downstairs of the air bnb, as well as the pier for boat ride that’s just located opposite the road. Will definitely come back again for this place for our next bkk trip. :)

The appartment was fantastic! Irina was super helpful and always easy to reach when we had questions. The room itself actually looked even better then in the photos and everything was in great condition. It is well located and only a short walk away from 7-Elevens, restaurants and BTS. Nonetheless it is in a very quite location, we had no issues with any noises at night. Overall, we would love to be back again and highly recommend to stay here!

This was the perfect stay in Bangkok! The staff and service was divine. My tattoo appointment went over time so I missed checkout, and they made sure my bags were kept safe in the luggage storage area.

Great place to stay if you want more of a party vibe. They have 24/7 customer support which I did use. I locked myself out and needed help with a lot. So very grateful they were so kind and patient with me.

Great room. Stayed with my friends, room is really good for 3 person. Place is new, clean, well-designed. Bath at the balcony is cool decision. I think I’ll come later here with my gf.

The place is exactly as described in the advertisement. It's cheap, quiet, clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful. I wanted to extend my stay and they accommodated me no problem. the location was great for me because it's only 2 mins walk to BTS Phra Khanong. I would highly recommend this place.

It was only a 10-minute drive from the airport. The staff at the front desk of the B&B arrived at 3am and responded promptly and welcomed us in a friendly manner. The check-in process was quick and smooth.The room is small but sufficient, and the bathroom is also clean
