Holiday rentals with a patio in Bangor

Very pleased with our visit, vikki was very responsive to messages and Tom was there to greet us on arrival, the welcome basket was a lovely touch. The apartment was very clean and spacious, kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Will definitely choose Belfast Base as our place to stay in our next visit.

This is a great place, especially if you have children. It is a second-story apartment, but it looks like there is a spot for a baby gate for safety around the steps. My children liked the bunk beds and cute chair in their room. The cover photo for the apartment is a bit confusing, though, because it wasn't taken at the listing location. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you need to cook a meal including baking sheets and a pizza pan. Additionally, there were numerous groceries/food essentials in the kitchen as well as all the bath products you need in the bathroom. They even provide wash cloths (the only time wash cloths were provided on our entire trip). Children's games & toys, a Pack & Play, and even a baby bathtub are provided. It is a spacious apartment, and the host is a very talented artist. Check out the artwork on the walls.

Fabulous location and host! From start to finish Karen prioritised our experience. the location was perfect as a base for day trips. the apartment was well maintained and spotless. the attention to detail was appreciated, the iron, the hairdryer, the bathroom products you may forget to pack, Karen had it covered. the beds were very comfortable and having an en-suite for both bedrooms allowed us to really relax. Highly recommend this apartment.

We felt right at home at this lovely apartment! The neighborhood was really pretty and not far from the town center. The apartment itself was beautiful and very clean, with everything that we needed for our stay. We would highly recommended Robert’s flat and would come back any time!!!!

Flat is on top floor - very peaceful location overlooking the river. Didn't want for anything over the two nights we were there. Could have easily walked into the city if the weather had behaved! Hosts were totally on the ball and very quick to respond - had an excellent time 😍

Excellent location for getting around Belfast. Short walk to Botanic station which was a couple of stops up to Titanic. An equally short walk into city centre the other direction. Tesco express just round the corner and plenty of places to eat/pubs in very close proximity. Would stay again.

Great apartment a short walk from the hospitals and the city centre. The location is quiet and peaceful so we slept very well. It's exactly as shown in the photos and was spotlessly clean with everything you need to cook meals and relax. The host was wonderful, he communicated very well with us so the whole experience was excellent.

Febbie is a warm-hearted hostess who cares very much about the well-being of her guests. The accommodation is located in a separate small cottage with plenty of privacy.

We had a lovely time at Gail's place. The property is just as described and full of thoughtful touches that made us feel welcomed and at home. Gail thought of everything and went the extra mile to accommodate our toddler with bedding and even some toys and books. Gail was super responsive when we had any queries. The location is beautiful and peaceful. Highly recommend.

I’ve stayed here several times and it is a wonderfully beautiful place. We had a wonderful stay. A thin space in the Celtic tradition. What a wonderful experience with lots of nature passing by the cottage.

Great amount of space for two of us who were visiting Belfast. Easy parking right outside with shops nearby. The place was spotless too

Nice quiet area, town is in walking distance. Absolutely everything in the house you would possibly need and a nice touch with fresh milk and bottles of water and some food for us to use. Would definitely go back.

I had a great 2 night stay at Dorothy’s. The location is very convenient to access by bus from the city centre, and there is also a small grocery store next door to pick up any essentials. Everything was as expected and I wouldn’t hesitate to re-book.

Perfect location for a peaceful retreat or a romantic getaway. The place and surroundings are beautiful!

A lovely place - cosy, clean, quiet, and with helpful hosts. We particularly loved being able to do a 4 mile round trip walk to Nendrum without having to get in the car. Very much recommended, and I'm sure we'll be back ourselves 😀

I have had the most amazing few days. Don’t want to leave really. Sitting in the lounge opposite the bay was amazing. You couldn’t wish for a better position to stay. Only slight downside was the shower. Don’t get me wrong it did the job but not powerful as I’m used to. All very clean. The locals all friendly & helpful. I’m sure I’ll visit again.

This was our third visit to Island View. We had a great time. The apartment was excellent and It was great to have a welcome from Peter again. We never tire of the view and watching the boats and wildlife. We had everything we needed in the apartment and the welcome pack was very much appreciated. We hope to be back again !! Absolutely fantastic stay at Marty’s place! I’m from the area but now live in England & my family & I were home for a wedding but needed somewhere quiet & peaceful to stay so my Mum & son had somewhere to escape to when we needed to go home early. The views of the Lough are stunning & can be seen from every room. It was amazing to wake up in the morning and look out at the water & see Sammy the Seal sitting on his rock sunbathing! My son loved it! The best (& sunny!) views for your morning coffee on the terrace. Having parking was a bonus & having some kids toys in the cupboard was a lovely & fun touch for my son. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need. Marty was such a lovely host. Kind, helpful, flexible & attentive. Will definitely be coming back for the next family wedding!

A nice apartment not far out of the centre of Belfast (in easy walking distance). Chris met us when we booked in and was very friendly and gave us a few pointers of places to go while we were visiting Belfast. A very pleasant stay.

Excellent location away from city center with excellent transportation very close by. Beautiful neighborhood with really great places to eat in walking distance. Will and especially his Mum were extremely kind and went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. Would stay here again!

We had an amazing three night stay at Paula’s place while on a self driving trip around Ireland (myself and my mum). Paula was friendly and helpful in all her communication and her place was just beautiful - our jaws dropped when we saw the interior decorating inside and even though it was nice looking in the listing’s photos, in real life l, it was even more lush and gorgeous. Comfortable beds and pillows, thick and soft towels, great water pressure in the shower as well as basic provisions (bread, milk, butter, two jams in the fridge and some other pantry items) made our stay enjoyable. Thanks again!

Ian’s place was great! It was a little complicated getting inside but Ian provided good instructions for that. Fully equipped kitchen which was fantastic! The area is nice with a couple bars and eateries around. You aren’t in the heart of the city but I didn’t want that. The grocery store is very walkable and super convenient. Having a private parking garage and space is super useful so that’s a big plus of this unit.

This apartment made our stay in Belfast more enjoyable and hassle free. It offers all that it says and is in a great location to walk and explore this city. Paul is a great host in all respects and is in constant contact at all times. Highly recommended
